I was pregnant when you were pregnant, struggling with healthy habits, struggling with balancing a career and life at home. Sezzy, oh boy where do I even start. This video means more to me than you’ll ever know because I’ve been there since your first year of consistently posting after the breakup. And watching this actually made me tear up a little 🥲 I’ve never shared this with you obvi bc I’ve never actually met you but it was exactly that timeframe when I had unfortunately tried to take my life… and thankfully was found and taken to the hospital just in time. I had no idea what fitness was, what nutrition was, and how to laugh and love life.
Ever since I found your channel and Instagram, you continued being the only person whose videos I do not miss as you fill my life with inspiration in more ways than I can count. Everything you create (your fitness ebooks, Body Bloom, Sunee, your cookbook, and more) has a way of becoming something that helps me feel accompanied in my own journey. Congratulations on 10 years!
