Like I say: "It's a good thing that the Beaver Dam is there to how back the water in this drought, and provide hydration for the horses, etc., and prevent range fires." But, it is also a thing of beauty; so enjoy it. I am glad to report that no one has taken their "power shovel" to dismantle it for a few years.
