bro u just did a casual planche in the middle of the vid. absolutely amazing bro
Ikr?! That was so randomly astonishing :D
dude i feel bad about my front lever journey when he suddenly could hold a planche i dont get it
@@Jwanjaraisyhe was training push and pull at the same time so monday push tuesday pull
push:planche
pull: frontlever
thats why he could planche mid progress, he trained both for 1.5 years
I trained planche and front on the same day 3x/week but yea, did push and pull
@@ethanc_sw im doing the same now cuz i got motivated by your stuff lmao and i can halflay frontlever already, and do a tuck planche 💪
Beast! You make it look too easy.
Yoo wth thank you man ! Love your channel 😁
Geek climber!
Broo whatt, 3 months in and basically full front lever?! Absolute beast
Doing dips not doing push ups
Doing pull-ups not doing rows
Just additional weight (12kg/26,455LB) on dips
and pull-ups
really working thing
I advise everyone weighted !!!
this opens the front lever in my case(10 months of regular training)
brooo, you look insane!!
keep the work up
ive been training for almost 1 year and im around the level you had at the end of november 2020.i hope i can reach your current level in the next months
Really good ! Surely bro 🤘
started training FL seriously for the past 2months, so close to full thanks for the inspiration
Love the video. Congratulations on this achievement
Ur form is so perfect
Amazing bro that planche was too cool 😍

Too good bro!!
Crazy progress 😮

U got it quickly 🎉 strong boy . I'm stuck at straddle
Alien mode activated 💪🏼🔥
Amazing!!!💪💪💪
Nice job! 👍
🙏 💡
🔥🔥🔥
Best progression
where did you buy the dip bar/parra?
Great work brooo
Very nice retraction! Any tips on improving it?
how you achieve both of planche and front lever in short time?
Cleannn 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿💯
Motivation 🔥
Back at you 🤝🤘
Insanely inspirational my man good job! Just a couple of questions tho. Did you have an adv tuck pullups day and hold days or did you incorporate both in 1 training session. Another very imporant question. How often did you train FL/week?
Appreciate it man🤝 I did all the holds, pu and presses in one. ~2-3x/w
some vid ideas:
short Handstand progression
Planche/Front lever seshh
brief planche guide.
(Will be a while)
Handstand progress or Pl/Fl training
would love to see a planche guide. feel like it would help alot of people especially as you achieved it so fast.
Planche guide man you know I need that 🤣
@@H.haru_u by the time I start to make the video, you could be at full already 😛⏳
💪💪
Qual foi o seu treino pra pegar front lever
I have respect for you. Very nice 👍
I'll be back in 12-16 months to comment: "I did it too"
You have inspired me, bro. Amazing progress!!!!!!
¡¡¡¡¡¡INSANE!!!!!!
Thanks 🙏 that’s great man will keep tabs 🤘
@Daniel here when you accomplish it good luck
i started too
see u guys
How's it ?
How is it going?
I’m also 16, but I wish I had started a bit earlier. I’ve been more seriously training for the past month, and can already do a decent L-sit, but being over 6 foot makes it really hard to learn levers and such.
It’s great to think you started now than later. Being 6 foot may make it more a grind but we all just tryna learn these things for ourselves, keep going brooo🤜🔥
@@ethanc_sw
Thanks bro
You also keep it up 💪
My man, i feel like getting my front lever back XD
GTG you know what it iiis😏🤌
Did you have a routine you did?
😍😍
Hi, what exercises helped you the most? Thanks
holds, adv tuck pull ups, inv deadlift, inv row.
Then incorporating adv touch
Awesome
Any tips on how to maintain false grip and hold it for longer? My wrists kill me every single time
Whenever you can stretch out the wrists flexors and extensors, strengthen your forearms in those ranges. ua-cam.com/video/-hlWgH3_0NU/v-deo.html and found this to be interesting at the time
Bro quick question…how do you do the movements without the bar like lifting up bc it’s light and shit?
Hey bro, always had to suppress my explosiveness by 70% 😆 nah but I’m small boi as well. The bars feet are also decent length to keep stable
you are fucking insane brooo !!!
good
damm great job that takes alot of work also when did you start doing calethinics/working out?
🙏, from Feb 2019
really nice man 😍
Hoooly thanks legend 🤭
@@ethanc_sw Your progress is insane. 😵
Im so happy to see someone with that much patience and dedication to this sport. Youre so strong and for sure u will be one of the best soon. Insane ❤️
@@bennyworkout6580 Really appreciate the support man😅 I’ll project it into my trainings 🤘 Keep doin what you’re doin beast
@@ethanc_sw im no longer doing cali but maybe one day I will again. Probably bcs of people like u.
Ahh actually, man that’s too much hahah but will be great to see u come back one day
Grea friend!
У тебя есть сколиоз ?
Your exercises are only front level progression pulls and hold? Thanks
holds, presses, touch, pull ups with progressions and bands
I know the touch front lever is harder, I’ve been in the advanced tuck for a while. Why do I think u picked up the full front lever so much faster, u think it was the false grip. Great videos btw.
🙏, false grip do be making it easier to do more reps and opens the world to pull ups/touch
Can you please give best effective exercise to achieve front lever and planche also 🥺
Eeeh , static, push up/pull up, straight arm press movements in my experience
Nice progress bro but the way do you train legs?
Thanks 🙏, not at the time but I’ve started working on them recently
bro, can pls tell me what kind of highlets you have. where did you buy it?
Hello bro, unfortunately the specific ones I have are only available in Australia 🥹
@@ethanc_sw okkkay(
Yo man question, what is the height of the p-bar?
~67cm
what is the main exercise that help u achieve front lever?
Adv tuck and inv deadlift
Nicee
How many pull ups could you do back then when u first started to train for fl ? And how many pull ups now ?
I think ~8-12reps now ~20
@@ethanc_sw thanks for replying so quickly 👍
If we can do 15s FL hold can we do pull up after? Eventho not touch just 90° ?
15sec hold is a good base but imo you need to have trained somewhat of a pull up/rowing to get it better
@@ethanc_sw i see
But can we automatically do pull up from good front lever hold ?
Maybe, that’s the thing. It’s not an efficient carryover as the hold is not specific to the pull up. You can probably pull up a bit without training pull up but not as strong as training it
Is it easier for short people to do front lever?
Generally yes?
I mean , Damn
You already learned Planche ~
It gives you advantage for Front Lever
Was training them at the same time haha but front lever was harder to progress for me
then that means even more credit, to learn both. no need to downplay his front lever because he trained for the planche
So you went from a tuck FL to a "full FL with bad form" in 2months ?
yis
Whoa can’t believe you started from nothing to a full in like 3 months ??! What’s your secret ?? dude that’s insane 😅
Thank you very much bro, nothing special, just falling in love with it, training with intent, listening to your body and always trying to understand the movement😍
This video was so motivational thanks man! how long did you usually hold a progression before moving on to the next one? and how often did you train
once I got upto at least 15s on open adv tuck I fully focused on full either with bands or attempts. want to put alot off focus into the dynamic moves as well presses, raises, negatives, pull-ups/rows, touch🫡
I think you should make tutorial also
In your opinion which is harder front lever or planche?
good question, I can do simple FL holds more consistently but able to do more with harder variations of planche.
So FL in terms of variations, personally.
Front
It Took me 1 Year for 4 Seconds full in Bad Form 😭 beeing 6ft1 and 82kg isnt helping
Will always be a grind, that’s a proud achievement there 🤘😲
Nice
i knew it
do you drink some whey supplement and what time you sleep?
I have no diet, no supplements. Sleep ~12👀
Como es posible que hayas conseguido full en menos de 2 meses
gracias mano, I don't really know I felt like I understand my body in some type of way🤘🤘
what do you recommend a workout routine for someone that can hold only tuck planche for 5 seconds
Hmm maybe keep working leans, pppu and straight arm pike raises I feel those are alright🤝
@@ethanc_sw thanks, is this how u achieved the full planche?
@@sethzilla629 Yep, just the basics 🤌
parallets brand name or where to get them? pleasee
Hello bro, the specific bars I have are only available in Australia 🏃♂️
@@ethanc_sw ooo... so sad.. thanks🫱🏻🫲🏼
bro wtf you progressed extremely fast whats your secret?
Stay light take flight
Posterior or neutral pelvic in front
Either PPT or neutral would be better than APT
@@ethanc_sw hey man what's your weight and height
@ 165cm 57kg (stats in desc)
@@ethanc_sw hey man I'm 57 kg and 161 cm i worked on front lever for one year but stuck at 3 sec hold( full) i can do press too what i do?My training split like this one day i work on presses one daya i work on pull ups one day i worked on holds and victorian. Please give me recommend.
Just based on my opinion 🔩
1. How solid is your adv tuck. If not, work toward further opening hips in adv. ~12s
2. Make sure it’s good form/aim to improve upon it. Bands or regressions
3. Imo, you don’t need to split your
w/o like that. You need the good volume and intensity. Train them more together
Bar link pls
Unfortunately this specific one I have is not sold anymore 😩
This fl pull r realy hard in the elbows
not really 🤔
@@ethanc_sw Ive hurt my forearm doing the over the bar to front lever touch,i realy strugle in the final part of the pulling in front lever, u r one that infuture can achieve victorian on rings! congrats dude !! thats insane
@@joaoparis5308 Understandable pain from those straight bar victorians. I don’t think I’ll train for ring vic haha
