    Doing dips not doing push ups
    Doing pull-ups not doing rows
    Just additional weight (12kg/26,455LB) on dips
    and pull-ups
    really working thing
    I advise everyone weighted !!!
    this opens the front lever in my case(10 months of regular training)

    Insanely inspirational my man good job! Just a couple of questions tho. Did you have an adv tuck pullups day and hold days or did you incorporate both in 1 training session. Another very imporant question. How often did you train FL/week?

    I’m also 16, but I wish I had started a bit earlier. I’ve been more seriously training for the past month, and can already do a decent L-sit, but being over 6 foot makes it really hard to learn levers and such.

      Whenever you can stretch out the wrists flexors and extensors, strengthen your forearms in those ranges. ua-cam.com/video/-hlWgH3_0NU/v-deo.html and found this to be interesting at the time

      Hey bro, always had to suppress my explosiveness by 70% 😆 nah but I’m small boi as well. The bars feet are also decent length to keep stable

    I know the touch front lever is harder, I’ve been in the advanced tuck for a while. Why do I think u picked up the full front lever so much faster, u think it was the false grip. Great videos btw.

      15sec hold is a good base but imo you need to have trained somewhat of a pull up/rowing to get it better

      Maybe, that’s the thing. It’s not an efficient carryover as the hold is not specific to the pull up. You can probably pull up a bit without training pull up but not as strong as training it

      once I got upto at least 15s on open adv tuck I fully focused on full either with bands or attempts. want to put alot off focus into the dynamic moves as well presses, raises, negatives, pull-ups/rows, touch🫡

      good question, I can do simple FL holds more consistently but able to do more with harder variations of planche.
      So FL in terms of variations, personally.

      Just based on my opinion 🔩
      1. How solid is your adv tuck. If not, work toward further opening hips in adv. ~12s
      2. Make sure it’s good form/aim to improve upon it. Bands or regressions
      3. Imo, you don’t need to split your
      w/o like that. You need the good volume and intensity. Train them more together
