  • Two old EMUs 20 and 225 are towed on their last journey to Ipswich to await the scrappers jaws. Seen here at Redband with 1725 and 1754 on train #4598 as a NGR766 passes in the opposite direction.

    Reminds me of the days of 7F09, used to run all over the brisbane network, good to see some 1720 class still active

    So was it 22 or 25, because your description says 225, which happens to be a 220 series, and those are still in revenue service.

    it is high time they scrapped the first gen's, there is like 8 styles here

      I believe these were parked at the port of Brisbane at Fisherman Island.
