I do think that this bike is great for beginners since its approachable, easy and very fun to drive. My issue with it was that the power isn't enough for the highway or faster country roads. If I had the choice to choose again, I would go for something bigger but restricted to 35kW.
Ahaha, now I also know how it will sound like where I live XD Are you happy with the bike? Enough power? I'm seriously considering this one or the KTM Duke. I'm a small 170cm person and on the lighter side...
If they haven't told you I can give a bit more of insight, I am 181cm the bike fits nice, just right I will admit. I upgraded from a Cafe Racer 200cc and this is a very nice bike for the money. If it's at a competitive price I will recommend this bike if a MT03 or a Kawasaki Z500 is more expensive. I have used the KTM also and can say the KTM is more fun than this bike but it's very fun driving at the mid range. The bike is perfect for commuting and occasional weekend drives however it lacks top end power if you wanna race or go to the track. However the pros are that it has a comfortable riding position, it has a reliable engine, and it's perfect for city riding due to the weight and dimensions.
Thanks! I somehow ended up with honda cb125r :) it turns out that is actually enough for me, I already took it to do some mountain passes. I just avoid highways mostly. But if I upgrade some day, the bmw is in my top 3.
@@StressKind sure! The only cons of the BMW are that the motor will probably die out at 100k km with good maintenance. If you don't travel that much its an excellent motorcycle to have and it's nice. Also watch out for the plastics, buy good protection for it JIC. Enjoy your ride and drive safe brother!
Beautiful roads
Хорошо, что вы не видели дорог в России)
Good video man, question what is the button in the middle of the handlebars for? my g310r doesn't have that
I added heated grips since I ride year around. They are original BMW accesories and therfore well integrated.
You recoment this bike as a first bike for a new driver of A2 lisence?

@@EnchanterOfRanks ah that answers my question above :) do you still have it?
@@StressKind No, I sold the bike a while ago.
Original sound ( stock exhaust ) is much better than with an AKRA !
Amazing roads! Where is this???
I'm on swiss roads in this clip.
@@EnchanterOfRanks Awesome, thank you!
