Icy Milk / Ube Icy Milk Halo-Halo
Icy Milk Ingredients:
5 cups Water
½ cup White Sugar (may adjust since Halo Halo ingredients are sweetened)
½ cup Powdered Milk
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 Tbsp Cornstarch dissolve to 2Tbsp of Water
2 Tbsps CRV Ube Powder (For Ube Icy Milk)

Silicone Cupcake Molder s.shopee.ph/50DdBv0lzR
1. In a pot, add 5 cups of Water, Bring to boil.
2. Add Sugar, Powdered Milk & Evaporated Milk, Stir well until sugar dissolves.
3. Add Cornstarch mixture and bring to boil atleast 2mins.
4. Divide the Milk Mixture into two (2)
5. Add 2 Tbsps of CRV Ube Powdered on the other half of Milk Mixture. Bring to boil.
6. Let the Milk Mixture and Ube Milk Mixture cool / chilled and transfer into a molder or in an Ice bag. FREEZE IT! overnight
7. Prepare the Halo Halo mixture you like…
8. Unmold the Icy Milk & Ube Icy Milk and transfer to Ice Shaver.
9. If you don’t have Ice Shaver…. No Worries… just Pound it.
10. Garnish the top of you Icy Milk & Ube Icy Milk of your favorite Halo Halo ingredients.
11. Top it with Vanilla or Ube Ice Cream.
12. Enjoy….
