What an awesome set up, the ONLY thing that's a little of an annoyance is when the tent is set up you are limited on exploring in your UTV. Good video though.. keep them coming..
I don’t like the rooftop tents as soon as I stop to camp. I can’t drive anywhere anymore that doesn’t make sense what if we decide to camp next to a really good offloading place for a couple days?
I love this idea man, I'm surprised people don't overland with UTVs more I feel like there are more trails to see.
sports side by side is not for carrying heavy load . .some of my friends tried it , no fun as you cant rip with heavy tops
Yes but overland isn't about "ripping" soo..
@@southerndualsport3827it’s always about rippin
I LOVE your video's! Looks like a great set-up too.
Exactly what Iam looking for👍 luv it brother. Ordering tent as we speak
Send pics when you get it and put it on. You'll love it.
Sounds like alley cats fighting in the background lol. Funny business aside, love your videos!

Awesome setup man!
Thanks for watching.
Love the idea of a rooftop tent. i was looking at modifying a cot tent to fit on my Maverick Trail
That would be cool, I'd like to see that.

He said, "she got all wet, tell you about that later guys" 😂

Exactly why I built a small square drop trailer.
I had an x3 and did some camping etc a few times. It’s miserable compared to using my Jeep gladiator
What’s the advantage of a roof top tent vs. a regular tent on the ground?
It's flat without clearing the ground, sets up easy, includes a sleeping pad, and I like it. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for great content!! I'm curious about how you mounted the tent onto your UTV?
I built a roof rack for equipment and it attaches to that. Thanks got checking it out. I guess I should do a vid on install and set up.
@@rockymountainbackcountry1588 I’d like to pick your brain on your mounting. May I contact you? Email?

Roof tops are good....until you have to pee in the middle of the night
I’m curious what part of the Rocky’s are you in? Looks like you’ve got some great trails to ride.
Southern part. I am in central Utah. We have over 3000 miles of trails dedicated to off road vehicles. Piute trail system. Thanks for watching.
Sounds like the part by the housing development. I swear those were kids screaming in the background.
hey what kind of rock sliders are those
They are stock XRC.
That s ok for two places ???
Where’s the rack from?
I built it myself.
more can am camping
Do you need to worry about bears in these parts of the Rockies as much as you do in Montana?
No not really.
That's why you always camp with two people... make sure you can outrun the other person!!

Too top heavy
Biden don't want you doing that! If you vote for him you are gonna vote that all way!
what's the weight capacity on those tents will it support 2 people in it?
It is rated for two people, I think 600 lbs. You will have to snuggle though, not a lot of room for 2.
