In the episode when Sam gets a call from Gibby saying that Nora breakout of prison and he said to her that she came to him at the movie and the reason why she came to see him is because she want to know where Carly, Sam and Freddie to locate them and destroy them. But unfortunately giving those Carly still in Italy she move there with her dad. I think give me doesn’t know where Freddie is so Nora doesn’t know neither or either whatever you call it. But give me knows where Sam is so she was in LA and he gave Nora the address to her place. And I can’t believe that gibby knows Carly is. Even though she move to Italy with her dad.
