- Are you dealing with Achilles Tendon or Calf tightness or injury? Have had manual treatment with a rehab specialist?
In this video Marco goes over a few of basic manual treatment techniques we utilize during an in-person treatment session. We typically pair exercises and movement following our manual section of our treatment session, but we are only going over our manual portion in this video.

Hello,
I’ve had a history of posterior tibial tendon dysfunction and many ankle sprains. I injured my ankle back in March and after treating it like a sprain, my pain persisted, so I assumed it was an Achilles tendon issue. I went through the whole rehab process of isometrics, slow eccentrics, and now I can confidently perform pluometris, but the one issue that has kept recurring is my ankles dorsiflexion range of motion. It has really impacted my squat and deadlift, and it is unlike my other ankle. It is painful to push my knee over my toe, and it feels much more stiff than my other ankle, which can go way over my toe. I am lost on what I can do, as standard rehab protocol has not helped with the range of motion. I would greatly appreciate any words of advice. Thank you for all you do
great question where does the range of motion limit you? is it in the front of the ankle or in the calf
