Gentlemen, it's so nice to see the way you work together. I just wish my Dad had lived longer after I graduated college. Working on machinery is something we did together some... One of the best things about this channel is you two working together.
I follow three UA-cam farmers. Great people great farmers, but I have to say Cole and his dad win the prize. It is such a blessing to see father and son working so well together and enjoying it. Teasing each other but showing great respect back and forth. Great stuff. I put up with a lot of snow plowing, opening and closing gates, turning water on and off just to see you great guys working together. Keep on keeping on.
Love watching the “claves” when they’re newborns. And your dad’s impression of Julia Child was pretty spot on. But she wasn’t just a gourmet cook and cooking instructor. During WW II, she worked in the U.S. OSS (Office of Strategic Services) where she was a top-secret researcher and was later awarded the U.S. Presidential Medal of Freedom. She did quite a lot more than just her tv cooking shows! Thanks for another entertaining video.
Brian was on it today! Song of the day brings back great memories of riding around with my brother in his Dodge Charger. He'd take me with him and sit me on the hood of his car (I was exceptionally cute at 3 yrs old), at the Dog-n-Diner and the girls would come over to see me & he'd engage with the ladies! Loved the Julia child imitation & HeeHaw references. Congrats on the 2 healthy bull calves. Feel better Cole!
Love claving season, not just for the cute little claves but for the little bits Cole writes at the bottom of the board, tonight being the best seasons 😂
I am so sorry Cole. Hope you get over that crap really soon. I hope and pray your dad doesn't get it; Love the new Claves. Cute little buggers. Thank you guys so much

Take care of yourself. Thanks for showing us the new calf’s. Looking good and healthy. Thanks for going over your number system. Good idea for naming the calf’s. Should work good. You cleaned that area where the cows hang out. Appreciate the way you provide good areas and clean areas for your cows. Good herdsmen you both are. Got the feed wagon going again. Good job guys. Busy time now with calf season. Hang in there. Doing great so far. Interesting to watch this process. Cole, you take care and get better. Thanks for everything. The Iowa Farm Boy.
Hello I’m originally from North Dakota now living in Arizona. I have been watching your channel for around a year now. Cole you and your Dad are so down to earth and practical on how you run your farms. Cole I hope you know how lucky you are to work with a great father like you have. I use to work with my father putting up hay, fencing ,etc. he is gone now and I wish I would have been more patient with him and complimented more. Do this with your dad so you don’t have to think about it down the road like I do. Thanks for sharing your videos.😊
Another great episode. Wishing you a speedy recovery Cole and regards to Brian who's a fellow left hander like myself. All the best for the claving season gents 👍
Hello Cole, Brian, Sorry to hear that you’re sick Cole, feel better soon. Glad to see the new calves have arrived, they are so cute when they’re little. Idea for next steer baby - Liam. You guys are so much fun to watch, very down to earth father and son team. We really enjoy all you do.
Good evening to THE THREE AMIGOS + ELLIE !! A magnificent photo shot of Heifer standing with the calf below her. Amazing testament to your hard work and dedication. Thought BRIANS song of the day could have been BACK IN BLACK - ACDC 😁😁😁😁 Liked the quiet quip from Brian after checking first pen for bagging up heifers " NOT A LOT OF FRUIT THERE ! ". Your videos show the real world of cow/crop farming. It helps nonfarmers to understand what is involved every day. You work hard in challenging weather, both cold and hot, to produce your livestock and feed. No rest for the weary, or sick. Thank you for all you do.

Working on that feed mixer reminds me of working on a home made from scratch go kart I made with a group of students in high school for auto 2. Learned alot about sprockets and gears and chains.
Get better soon Cole and I'm so glad babies are coming. Lots of tea with honey and 🍋 At night take a teaspoon of honey and lemon helps with cough and sore throat Virus sticks
Hope you feel great this week and are over the VID. It’s no fun. Brian do a junior samples imitation that would be a neat thing to do as well. Say a line from a movie or show once a week and the person that guesses it first has a clave named after them. Love your channel! ❤
The Julia Childs was a treat. I remember on SNL the skit "I seem to have cut the dickens out of my hand". I was right when I said bulls. I asked the aligators, they are always right. Good video. Pax.
I knew you were going to start with a bull! Beautiful babies! Ellie the Farm Queen is looking beautiful as usual. Oh Cole! You still don’t look well. You poor thing! How’s Tiffany? One is the loneliest number but that one is no longer lonely! Bahahahahahahahaha! Your Julia Childs is lol really great, Brian. Lol Thanks for raising Sonne beevos to feed folks. I’m sure you guys warmed up like the rest of us and then dropped back down to freezing. We got freezing rain after a few days of warmer temperatures. Claving, best time of the new year!
I cannot begin to describe how much I enjoy your channel. You all really share the experience I grew up with. I farmed until I was 25. Now live in Chicago. It’s kind of miserable in the city, I’m not going to lie.
Yes, I did watch Hee Haw quite a bit when I was younger, just a time of life where things were simpler. Good song of the day, like it a lot. My son just had his first calf a couple of days ago, it was a heifer. Things are just getting started, woo hoo!! Have a great evening and Sunday too.
Well Cole, welcome to the COVID-19 group. We arrived back in Calgary on January 7 after spending Christmas in Oklahoma. We were there for 40 days "and" 40 nights. (Noah could count that high.) I tested "positive" on the Rapid Test on the 3rd day after arriving back home. My wife got to sleep in the guest bedroom. I was "negative" in a few days but when my wife tested "positive" it took her almost 3 weeks before she tested negative. Yes, stay outside around your dad. Tell Tiffany, no good night kiss. You are younger and you should be fine. My wife and I are close to our 80's. We seem to be alright "health wise" now. COVID-19 seems to act differently now as the pandemic wears on. Take care. 😊
Whoo hooo! bring on the CLAVES! Hahahahaha! Brian, that Julia Child impression was awesome! Hope you feel better soon Cole. I am sure hoping that our nightmare weather up here stays very VERY far away from Sonne Frames! Supposed to get another 20" of new snow but adding in 60 MPH wind gust and 45 sustained means whiteout conditions.
