It took way too long to cook, rain would have cooled it down as well and I might have to do things a bit different next time. Easier to maybe not film the first few and put them on youtube🙂

I've never really used lump charcoal, get huge pieces and little bits in the bag. Heat beads are what I normally use and they last yea.
