I also reviewed and rated every book I've read so far this year and let you know books that made me cry, my favorite books, new releases, my least favorite books, etc.

I love your videos they’re so enjoyable to watch I get so many recs!!
Also where’s your outfit from I love it 😍
I want to read veiled kingdom so badly!
runyx is a friend of mine, it always give me such joy when people love her books ❤❤❤
she was basically a fan favorite fanfic writer of a tv series fandom and omg her fics were amazing, I read The predator before it became a book, now she had a couple of fics so good, even better than those ones and now I’m just hoping and praying she will release my favorite ones from back then, she’s a sweetheart! ❤❤❤
I really want to read Project Hail Mary because of you!
My favourite books this year is the boys of tommen series but specifically binding and keeping 13
I just bought and completed The Veiled Kingdom because of you and loved it!! Can now highly recommend it to you, who introduced it to me in the first place 😂
Hey Ali,
If you're looking for a couple of cracking edge of your seat standalones to read may I suggest giving Elevator Pitch by Linwood Barclay & Kill For Me, Kill For You by Steve Cavanagh a go. Both had me hooked from the first chapter & elevator pitch will make you think twice about using elevators (at least for a couple of weeks)
Always love watching your videos, big fan from Scotland
God you're so right on tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow thank you queenie. Am now gonna read a million junes because of you 💜
i havent even read tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow as all the bad reviews have been putting me off
@@Bookswithcharlotte wow really? I always thought I was in the minority of why I didn't like it cause every booties I saw loved it. I think it's one of those books where its characters are what makes it and for some people they were great so if you really want to read it I say why not cause you could love it. But feel free to not take my unsolicited advice lol.
I just didn't vibe with it because for me everyone made it seem like this harrowing story of a friendship over the years but when I read it it just seemed like a story of two really selfish people who keep taking turns getting to act childish while another guy was just caught in the middle being "perfect".
@@kaileelissjohnson8890 I don’t think I’ve seen 1 person that’s liked it yet and thanks I think I’ll keep putting it off for now 😂
I’m sending you love❤❤❤
New video❤
I love this kind of videos 🩷📖
you're not the only one. i love seeing what people have read throughout the year
Favorite book of the year, for me, is definitely The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern.
This is such a dark and atmospheric story and woven into it are some sparks of light, incredible people and such a romantic romance.
It also has so many great references to reading and writing. I could really find my own experiences within some of these pages, so many incredible descriptions.
Furthermore, this was the most romantic book I read this year. Mind you, this is absolutely not a romance centered book in my opinion. But what we were seeing these chatacters do together and for wach other made my heart flutter.
I love your Videos and if would live to see your reaction about the book My fault series. I JUST LOVE THE FILM BOOKS. Your are sooo cute. THANKS for motivating me to read books.❤❤
I think you would love red rising!! ❤️❤️
you are so gorgeous! Anytime I watch your content, I am taken aback by how pretty you are.
Favorite books are Fourth Wing and Iron Flame. I loved the fantasy, the romance, literally everything about this series.
Least favorite is One of Us is Lying. It’s such a terrible representation of mental illness and outright insulting to anyone with depression.
My favorite books this year have been Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom, I loved them so much that I'm already rereading them currently and annotating for the first time ever 😭 Also while the romance isn't the main part of the plot it has my new favorite fictionals couple 🥹
Least favorite for me was also Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow, I pushed through and ended up giving it 3 Stars but I was honestly so bored and it took me ages to finish.
You're here reading 45+, and here I am reading my 20th. And I thought I read fast.
same, I'm on my 21st and 22nd right now
but then again, school exists, so that does take up a lot of time
im on my 73rd book of the year 😂 but thats only because i stay up until silly hours in the morning to finish a book
Good morning Ali happy Saturday morning to you and I enjoy your channel and you are amazing supporter
Girl you need to read powerless by Lauren Roberts it's just too damn goodddd.
And my most fav read this year is hands down Fourth Wingg I ate that book upp!! ❤
Favorite book so far of 2024: Heathen & Honeysuckle by Sarah A Bailey. I think about these characters so often that they'll live rent free and the next in the series is coming out in October and I can't wait.
I've stayed away from books I don't think I'd like, nothing below a 3, but I'd say Entwined Fates by Juliane Maibach. I read it, don't remember it, and won't continue the series.
Aliiiiiii ❤
Okay- hot take! My least fav was ACOTAR(Not a huge romantasy person though so not surprised) favorite was either The Secret History, Jane Eyre, or TSOA :D
AAAAAAAH!!! You read The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue!! Can’t wait to see that vid! It also made me cry 😭
Heyy Ali! I love your videos and have been a fan of your channel for quite some time now.
I really hope you see this comment as I was wondering if you could read some books (or just try one book) by Agatha Christie. I know you read some mystery/thrillers and it's one of my favorite genres and I wanted to see your thoughts and opinions of her books as they're classic murder mysteries.
Today tonight and tomorrow has a sequel now!!
Omg you could be america singer from the selection series your so pretttttty
Out of the books I finished, least favorite would probably be ‘Happy Place’ by Emily Henry. It just didn’t grasp my attention and keep me hooked like ‘Funny Story’ did. Out of the books I DNF’d it would be ‘Love in the time of serial killers’. The main character just bothered me so incredibly much that I couldn’t stand her.
However my favorite books this year were ‘Offside’ by Avery Keelan and ‘The Fake Out’ by Stephanie Archer; we can sense a theme here. XD
Loved the main characters in these books and everything from the romance and spice to the banter, and even the side characters just made me unable to put the books down!
How did you get daydream? I pre-ordered it last year and it isn’t coming until august. lol anyway…
Favorite this year: Bunny🐰 by Mona Awad
Least favorite this year: The women who got away by John Updike
My favourite so far: remarkably bright creatures 🐙
My worst read so far: daughter of the pirate king
Love your vids! Xx
How do you find out your reading stats??? 😍
I don't comment that often, but I just want to say that I LOVE your videos! It is so fun to watch them and you are such a nice person. 😊 Also we have a pretty simlilar taste i think. 🥰
My favourite book of this half of the year was the seven husbands of evelyn hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid!!! ❤ I loved it so much!! ❤
My least favourite one was The Visit by Friedrich Dürrenmatt. It was not my genre and just not for me! 1 star 😂
I’ve read 101 books so far this year, and my least favorite is Wait For Dark by Kay Hooper (I DNF’d it halfway through) and my favorite is either Listen For The Lie by Amy Tintera or The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin (I haven’t read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow by her because I’ve heard from some people with disabilities that the way the author portrays a disability in the book isn't great. But I have read Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac and I remember enjoying it when I read it, but I read it when I was 13, which was 4 years ago, so I can't say with complete confidence that it was a good book 😂)
My favorite book so far this year has to be practice makes perfect by Sarah adams, but series has to be the naturals and six of crows (and renegades hehe)
Least favorite… heart bones by Colleen hoover (my friend made me read it and that was my third strike for Colleen Hoover as destiny says so I’m not reading Colleen Hoover again lol)
If you could only choose one book out of all your books which one would you choose ❤❤
My favorite has been Reckless by Elsie Silver and least favorite has been If He Had Been With Me, it was not it.
How do you make this statistics?
When are you going to post again your my comfort person I just can't wait for the next video plzz post again love you queen
Love
Your loyal fan

Favorite booktuber, I'm planning on being an author eventually and was wondering if you'd read my books their definitely romances and a little bit of murder mystery
Favourite book I’d say is either say you swear by Meghan Brandy or Everything I know about love by Dolly Alderton. (Honourable mentions to one true loves, normal people and conversations with friends)
Least fave has got to be King of Sloth. Massive flop I dnf’d 🙃
Favourite: A Court of Silver Flames
Least Favourite: The Way I Am Now
My goal this year is 30 book and I’ve got to 24 so I’m seven books ahead of schedule 📚 ❤
I just love watching your videos and I bought another book off of Amazon. But do I want more books? yes. Do I need more books? no.
we always need more books 😂
my worst book of the year was all the light we cannot see and the only reason i finished it was because i was listening while working and there was no time to find something else to listen to... it was so dull, i had zero interest in one of the characters pov and the other one became so boring after a few chapters and i think there is no reason to be such a long book when all it did was drag and for the first time short chapters actually annoyed me 🤐 on a positive note my favorite books were a good girl's guide to murder (fun story, lovable characters and it reminded me of pretty little liars) and welcome to the hyunam-dong bookshop (very cozy, made me reflect and calm down a lot about my own life, has very relatable themes and is set in a bookshop)
I am NOT a Contemporary romance/Romance girl, but Funny Story was amazing. I'm so glad I picked it up! And Tom, Tom and Tom I disliked as well. Can't wait to read Vow of Thieves! Also, WHERE did you get that Six of Crows Set?!?! I must own that!
i agree funny story really was amazing
Hi Ali! My name is Sofia and I am 12. I love your channel so much, and I just wanted to recommend a book to you: the Luminaries, by Susan Dennard.
Favorite book: Six of Crows
Least favorite: Powerless (Lauren Roberts) 😬😆
Wait why powerless I want to know I’m currently reading it.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who didn't like powerless
@@Bookswithcharlotte same!! I feel bad saying I didn’t like it but I really didn’t 😬
@@Lulu_crazy2 it just wasn’t for me! I enjoyed the romance and it hooked me enough to read to the end, but it just felt like such a ripoff of other similar books and the writing wasn’t great in my opinion. I didn’t feel connected to the characters and it kind of just made cringe the more I read 😬😂
@@LibrariesandLattes I found it so hard to get into but I did enjoy powerful and reckless
favourite has to be - HAPPY PLACE and least fav - A MILLION KISSES IN YOUR LIFETIME
i loved happy place. emily henry just has a way with words
Oooooh im early 😮
I’m only 5 books behind my reading goal lolz but it’s okay because I’m just a girl 🤭🫣💗
When you said you were going to rapid fire say all the books you read in one sentence I literally thought you were going to say the title of each book you read in half of the year in one sentence 💀💀💀💀💀
my least favorite books were still beating and the ritual
I don't remember if i DNFED this one, but i think i didn't and gave it 3 stars. IT was pretty awful (in my opinion) it was trying to be a "queer sifi" and just didn't. (i don't think i DNFED it because it was like a train reck. It's called More Happy Than Not.
I used to think that owning a luxury bag was an unattainable dream, until D U P B A G Y told me that this dream is actually very close. The sense of fashion comes not only from the brand, but also from personal matching and attitude.
Bookish hot take……..acomaf is boring 🥱
And acowar is more boring!
