No offense meant to all Filipinos who pronounce Graham as "gray-ham". It is pronounced as a single syllable, with the "h" silent, so it actually sounds and is pronounced "gram."

Noted. Thank you for letting us know.
To be fair though, the manufacturer of the most popular brand of graham crackers in the Philippines, M.Y. San Grahams, pronounces their product as “gray-ham”. If you check the M.Y. San Grahams UA-cam channel, their TV ads are also uploaded there. In all their videos, they pronounce it as “gray-ham” so the general Filipino public just adapted the manufacturer’s way of pronouncing their product since that’s how it was advertised to the Filipinos.

Depends if it's British or American English...gram for American and gray-um for British. 😊

why are you trying to make a filipino man speaking philippine english (and tagalog) in the philippines use american pronunciation?

Thanks for sharing...but i dont trust the recipe. There is a reason why mango graham cake uses whole graham biscuits. To soak a little bit of cream on it to soften it and make it "cakelike" in texture. This recipe has very weird structure due to the use of crushed graham. Kita naman sa final results, the bottom layer is hard as rock due to the compaction(ideal lang yun for pie making like banoffee) and the second layer of graham is sand like na mala polvoron na nakaka ubo. I would stick with the traditional but thank you chef. 🙂
