This game is definitely the result of someone repeatedly saying "Bomberman" to himself until he started saying "Boomerangman" and realized he was holding a bowl of fruit. I love it.
Mr. Elder Nintendo land was a packaged game with the Wii U. It failed and was bad imo. Some people thought it was decent but yeah it does give tank vibes. There was a similar game in NL that was like this.
Feels like they initially wanted to make a violent game featuring gory dismemberment, but decided to replace humans with cute foods so that it's family friendly enough to be released on Switch 😂

I only have one friend I play with online on Animal Crossing but that's it..and she lives in FL and I live in WV..I hope this has online play,otherwise I'll skip it

This looks adorable! It would be extra-cute if every character had their own ability, like the Donut's boomerang can spin in circles or the watermelon has little seed bullets that can stun an enemy even if the boomerang slightly misses.
I hope there gonna be some type of single player campaign, because you can't rely on one multiplayer game mode, just with different maps, or maybe even online multiplayer?
I'm guessing this will be like Bomberman, so there'll be puzzle filled stages and battles to complete in single player to unlock more characters and stuff. Probably won't be very challenging though, it looks aimed at kids... But you know it is boomerangs so that aim might circle back around and hit a few adults on the way.
This game is so much fun! I bring it up to play at little get togethers and everyone always ends up loving it and getting so competitive! Absolutely recommend ☺️
ONLY JUST discovered and bought this yesterday. I played with my 9 and 11 year old niece and nephew. I kicked their butts but they were INSISTANT of playing more through tears of frustration. GREAT local, multiplayer game with cute, hilarious animations and character designs!
This game looks like toons of fun, and the cute character designs and stage mechanics make it even better! I would love to play this, especially with friends!
The fact that a game like this, that is entirely multiplayer, is coming out without online in 2020, really tells you all you need to know about how behind Nintendo is when it comes to their thoughts on online.
As a person who has played this game - this game is amazing, it is so fun! With all the different power ups. Not to mention the characters are super cute too. It’s overall a very fun game, it might seem simple but it’s very enjoyable. I totally recommend playing this game, just try it out play the demo it’s great. 10/10 ⭐️
