Not always pump I had E20 fault pump was clear and full of water. Turns out drain pipe was blocked with fat. Removed pump to release waste pipe blasted water down and blockage came out like it was poop. Refitted stuff problem solved. Then bloody selector switch went at least that was easy as well.

Having the same problem. The problem is propably the pump inside. It has to fully open the machine to get access to it.

Or blocked waste pipe from pump to machine exit.
