I really don't think Goff can get him the ball down the field. I was rooting for Goff, but it's clear that his ceiling has been reached. Hoping Hooker gets a real shot next yr. Sorry Goff, it's time to go.

Jamo not getting the ball has NOTHING to do with him, and almost everything to do with the guy throwing the ball. Some of it is on Ben as it looks like they use him to clear out for Amon and Sam a ton. He gets open deep on the clear outs often just doesnt ever get the ball thrown (properly) his way. Kid is a STUD.
I seriously am starting to doubt the strength of GOFF’s arm when it comes to jamo deep routes. Always under thrown and he has chances to fit a tight one in their but is usually late recognizing it
Glad you see that too. They use him a lot to clear out routes for St brown and LaPorta, easily seen on film. They need to get him the ball more

You're right. Jamo running the wrong route or not adjusting to the fine details of Bens offense has NOTHING to do with Jamo LOLOLOL.
You Jamo riders are literally delusional at this point. Just like none of his red flags are his fault lol. Just like him complaining to Brown isn't his fault. Just like him suggesting we get rid of Goff for Jackson isn't his fault. Just like him only doing 100 juggs a day while suspended while Brown is doing 220+ while sick isn't his fault. I could go on about 8 more important "anti" Detroit Lions Dan Campbell football but why? If that doesn't explain it well enough nothing will. Glad he's trending up.

I really think the issue is that Goff doesn't have the arm strength to get him the ball. He's too fast for him.

Love Jamo! He has grown up a lot and is much more comfortable with the media. One thing I've noticed lately is he mentions "details" quite a bit. I wonder if his blazing speed his whole life made up for not having to be as detailed on timing and route running in hs and college, where in the NFL, a receiver needs to know where and when the ball is going to be delivered which is where the details come in. It may also help to explain why guys like AmonRa and LaPorta catch on so fast because they had to know the details in their college offenses.

I sure wish Jarad and Ben could get together and find a way to get the ball to Jamo. The timing between Jarad and Jamo, is not good. Passes are either too low, behind or thrown too short.
I wish our coach would learn the field position game!
I think a big part of the problem the Lions have had lately is they have become too predictable with their offense; teams are loading the box and taking away the middle of the field along with the short/intermediate routes.
I think the Lions should be using two back sets the entire game, rotating Reynolds and Rodrigo in the rotation to make sure Gibbs and Montgomery are not overused. Two back sets would give Goff an extra layer of protection, more options, and it plays into play action, which is his strength. Along with two backs, you can have two wide receivers and tight end, or in some situations three wide receivers.
Also, Lions need to make opposing defenses defend the entire field. Right now they’re not doing that. With that in mind, Jared Goff needs to throw at least two passes a quarter 40 yards or more. And Lions need to get Jamo and Gibbs the ball in space at least five times each per game; both have elite speed and are matchup nightmares, have them in motion, running crossing patterns or deep routes, and each would beat single coverage most every time. And if either are doubled, that means someone else should be open, like Saint Brown, Laporta, Montgomery.
I don’t think lack of motivation is a problem for this team. I do think that they are feeling the pressure of the moment. The coordinators need to do a much better job at in game adjustments. The best teams are able to adjust in drive. Championship teams play their best football when it means the most. Hopefully the Lions can get their mojo/swag/confidence back.

So what happens when an incoming deep ball goes off his hands and right into the defenders? Do you even know how many dropped passes he has? How about how many times he’s ran the wrong routes?
@@alexwolf5930 Exactly. These "fans" think they know more than DC and BJ. It's like they don't see the film, don't hear what the coaches say, what other teammates say and what Jamo himself says for that matter. It's like some of these people are just straight living in denial and delusion.

Jmo just know the vast majority of the fanbase think's it's absurd that you're not getting more touches. Getting sick of hearing about earning it. Kid has ad multiple major blocks that have lead to td's, he's kept his head down and worked. Ben Johnson has been terrible the past 5 weeks.

Man I can't wait to play jamo 90% of the time and only do an end around play for him because coaches and Goff have no idea how to give him the ball.....YAYYAYAYAYAYA. not getting him involved in the offense is so smart because it throws the defense off. Most teams don't like using explosive weapons so we are smart in not using him..great job Lions

I'm really feel bad for jamison williams. He is the best receiver we have and they completely refuse to use him. I hope for his sake that they trade him to a team that will utilize his skills. Detroit sure tf isn't doing a good job at anything right now. It really looks like they're trying to tank on purpose
What stats or metrics are you using to determine this? Not one stat suggest this. Get out of your emotions and stay in reality. Do you ever wonder the why? Why would professional coaches hold a rookie diva WR back? Brad and Dan are trying to mature him to make him a better teammate.
