I was in Hong Kong in 2014 and saw Age of Extinction in a theater there. In the scene during the battle sequence in Hong Kong there is a cut to the PLA headquarters in Beijing where a general is seen marching down a hall followed by aides, he states "The Central Government will defend Hong Kong at all costs!". At this line the whole theater erupted in guffaws and incredulous laughter. I didn't fully grasp the significance of that reaction at the time but seeing Hong Kong today it was an interesting portent of things to come.

What they really mean is that in less 24 hours after the first unknown case of something, it should be reported to the WHO which is completely unrealistic, impractical, and most importantly, unnecessary. You can't report everything to the WHO everytime you suspect there is an unknown case, be realistic.

You need to hold your government accountable before it ever gets to that point. The Mexican government seems rather lazy to me, and their citizens suffer for it. I was in Hong Kong in 2014 and saw Age of Extinction in a theater there. In the scene during the battle sequence in Hong Kong there is a cut to the PLA headquarters in Beijing where a general is seen marching down a hall followed by aides, he states "The Central Government will defend Hong Kong at all costs!". At this line the whole theater erupted in guffaws and incredulous laughter. I didn't fully grasp the significance of that reaction at the time but seeing Hong Kong today it was an interesting portent of things to come.

The US reported H1N1 to the WHO 5 weeks after the first case.
When western propaganda says that if China reported it to the WHO 3 weeks in advanced, it would have saved 95% of people. What they really mean is that in less 24 hours after the first unknown case of something, it should be reported to the WHO which is completely unrealistic, impractical, and most importantly, unnecessary. You can't report everything to the WHO everytime you suspect there is an unknown case, be realistic.

You need to hold your government accountable before it ever gets to that point. The Mexican government seems rather lazy to me, and their citizens suffer for it. Citizens in Tijuana finally got outraged at the government's apathy, but one city in the northwest corner of the country is not going to be able to accomplish much on its own. Don't do what France did, do what Alexander Hamilton & company did.

Of course that leads to a German Fürher that was not anti-Semitic, so German Jews fought for the German cause. I really feel bad for China. It has such a wonderful and long lasting culture and a progressing economy, but its terrible government is really hurting its people, not to mention the Muslim concentration camps.
