@@ruhulkuddus3799he can. dont forget in comics he build celestialbuster suits which could fight against celestials and they are one of most powerful creatured in marvel. so making his own mechagodzilla suit using existing blueprints and his own knowledge would be easy not mention he would make it more powerful then original and i think he wouldnt use ghidora as part of it.

Then the Avengers started attacking Godzilla thinking him a threat(probably they thought Godzilla is part of Chitauri). Watch the video again properly. Godzilla has no fault. He is just fighting off whatever threats are coming to him. This Godzilla is a hero. I think he should be worthy.
Fun fact, the Avengers DID, in fact, legitimately fight Godzilla/Gojira with arguably the biggest armor that Tony Stark ever invented, which was called Red Ronin, and Red Ronin was also actually one of the first true sentai colossal mecha ever invented...yes, the West ironically helped to make a staple of Japanese culture by integrating it into an already existing part of Japanese culture, which, once again, was influenced by an idea from the West, namely, King Kong, who also ironically fought against Big G twice.
