In Ayurveda it is recommended to combine marijuana with vacha (calamus root) in order to nullify any ill effects. Ive had a lot of deep and expansive experiences in meditation with marijuana, but I found eventually it only took me so far, and once I learned what I needed to learn from this plant, I could go much further without it. Now I have it only about twice a year when I feel divinely inspired and the moment is right.

@paul w responsible for what? society ain't my responsibility. We live in a world of believe, were you believe it's okay to surpress others, for your believes, aka society. Because you have this crazy notion, that you apparently know, what the meaning of life is, and therefor get these crazy ideas on how to live it, right/wrong(believe system). The society ain't being responsible, it's all about consuming and making ways of increasing comfort, without concern for our actual survival, without concern for life itself. Banning cannabis only "protects" nothing. The problem is society and your fucked up mentality, that resembles the UK when they slaugthered the native americans, just because it was a "waste of land" the indians were living in a wrong way. wtf

My enlightenment came about because I was smoking ganja and meditating on life. My theory is that ganja relaxes the body and the chakra points. Especially, the root chakra which holds fear. When the root chakra becomes relaxed on weed then all of your fears will come rushing out in an uncontrolled way, which is why most people get panic attacks when they smoke weed.
However, if you deal with the fears as they come out then it's fine but if you ignore it then you will suffer more.
The goal is to end pain and suffering in the body and to do that, all the chakra points need to be relaxed. When all of your chakras are relaxed then your entire body will be relaxed. If you have fears, shame, guilt, trama, etc., then your chakra points will be tight and you will have pain in your body.
    This is my experience.

I have studied books of Ayurveda, TCM and Yunani medicine for some years.
The procedure of purifying cannabis is to take the cannabis plant leaves (remember that the buds of the female cannabis plant has the most poison) and boil it in water on low heat for a minimum of 4 hours up to 6 hours, then take the leaves and put it in a clean cloth pouch and and press it to release the juice or tincture from it, the procedure finishes here.
You can put that tincture (from a few drops upto a teaspoon depending on your need) in warm milk with honey and put some ground cloves (cloves are an antidote for the negative effects of cannabis) and consume it.

Compared to toxic substances and being legally available around the world, I believe that Bhanga toxicity is fairly less. This polluted world needs a break and in my personal experience this plant is not addictive as other substances like tobacco and alchohol. Of course, anything excessive harms the body and mind. Whenever I feel too much stress , i prefer to go for a joint/induced tea instead of pharma medicine. This is devine plant and gives glimpse of higher dimensional consiousness. But meditation is the absolute path to divinity. Drink it as tea or snacks and avoid smoking as much as possible. Shiva Shambho!

Break apart some plant, remove the stems, boil in water for 10 minutes (removes some of the bitterness and cleans), retrieve the plant material and eliminate water, boil in whole milk for 30 and stir occasionally, remove plant material. Now the milk should be slightly bitter, so people usually add something sweet and something with flavor. I like some sugar or honey and some vanilla extract.

It's called Suddhi... In sanskrit. Most ayurvedic powders are prepared in this method Suddhi means purification

It is the same high. But meditation gives long lasting high that doesn't impair you. Weed does give similar high but it is very temporary and impares the senses.

I remember this high from my childhood. The bhanga help me to experience it again. There will be the time I experience it naturally again ❤️

interesting!! in UK there is nothing but modified strains of the plant to be found. the entire emphasis is on getting the THC at the expense of the CBD element...what do you think of this please??

    Hello! Excellent video. 🙏🏼
Can you please share the translations of the parts on Bhang? As someone who partakes Bhang in ritual, I would like to be acquainted with proper use. I do not even know which chapters and verses to begin in, and all my attempts to find it have been confounded so far. I am trying to use Bhang for spiritual healing, and would like to be kind to my body, mind and spirit.

Read elsewhere from credible source (expert on not just Sanskrit language but the vedic texts), that Soma is different from Bhanga or alcohol. Soma is not any intoxicating substance. Soma-lata is a creeper that grows during 14 days along with the cycles of Moon. Had immense therapeutical properties, probably similar, to Sanjeevani herb. Was used along with curd & butter milk (Bhanga does not go with Butter milk). The author specifically mentioned, that many who are not well aware of the stuff, make this mistake.

In my experience, it's given me many lessons and helped me see what might otherwise be hidden. I remember first time I toked, I was gone blacked out, but as I came back to body I could feel dream like nature of things. Then some years later I learn this Maya thing and it's like oh yea I know that. Lots more but hard to describe in words, it's like a picture thing. Dynamic models of hyperdimensial processes. Something like that.
Tho it's not herb as much as what's in me that herb is interacting with, I think that's confusion that leads people to abuse and addiction. Ganja gives a preview or temporarily extends range of sight so you're no longer groping in the dark, lost and afraid. You see the destination and find peace, but you still have to make the journey, run the plan, suffer the ride. But it's cool cause you know what's up.
Row row row your boat gently down the stream, merrily merrily merrily merrily life is but a dream
    🚣‍♂️😂

The bhang shake we all know in india is the "purified" marijuana. Because the THC & CBD content of marijuana need fat to be more bioavailable.
So, drinking it with milk and ghee is the best way to get it's all benefits without any down side.
