Yeah I need to dig into weather more it'd just suck a hard subject to cover in depth in a limited time frame. Plus a lot of it's memorization like knowing the 4 types of fog isn't gonna make you any safer but knowing that fog comes from humid air being cooled to the dew point helps with situational awareness

@@VaughnAviation if your airplane has an Mel than it must be used in lieu of all other regs the koel is in the POH both must be brought up to show that you understand where to look
I love the questions you ask, but i get little annoyed by the so many lectures and stories you bring as exemples, i liked the other mocks where it is tight down to question answer type, thanx for the effort.
Hey Cheese, my name is Quade. I've been watching the recent oral check ride prep and I would like to say they are very helpful. I'm also from Wisconsin and I'm about 40-45 hours within 4 months with all of my training done. I've passed my written and I got my check ride in June. I feel like I'm ready but I have some doubt. Have you experienced something in the lines of this? If so, do you have any advice for me? Thanks!
That advisory circular says pretty much If you were to be able to split the expense of a flight purely for offering the flight and you had no reason to go since the FAA views flight time as compensation and the whole reason for you going on that flight would be for flight time as a cheaper costs to split the expenses the FAA would view that as compensation or hire.

People are beyond sick of listening to two national anthems, being forced-fed BLM trash, trans ideology and Marxist propaganda. At the 40 minute mark, the guy said to refer to the MEL. Just wondering if it is better to refer to it as a KOEL? hopefully someone can clarify.
And Mel and a koel are not the same thing

Remember your instructor cares about their pass rate more than your ego. If you weren't ready they wouldn't sign you off
