Inspiring talk and my favourite moment was: "The big secret is... if you are in a career or job or even in your own business and if you not truly enjoy what you do... get out!"
As a very underappreciated teacher, I wish with all my might that the educational system approached management of teachers with such an appreciative and positive manner. Everyone but especially our kids would greatly benefit!!! Our current system burns the passion and excitement from teachers.
so delicate the balance with being happy now and still having a forward thinking vision. That is so powerful to be there in that state of flow and think something good will happen because you are intenting on it.
Absolutely brilliant talk by Vishen, loaded with his insightfullness, honesty and forward-thinking. THIS is the way to run the company of today! Corporate America - take note.
I practise meditation,gratitude etc since almost 2 years.I was never able to do it incessantly for at least 2 weeks.Somewhere I would fail in continuity ;but even though I find myself changed in my perspective to life,success,dream etc.Now I have determined to go for it without break;for I know it can change the entire life amazingly...Thanks to all in the loop and all the best..

How many times have I destroyed my life to allow greater things to happen? No friggin idea. But I am now embarking on my the greatest vision of my life.... it's taken me almost 50 years to get here.... but it feels AWESOME!!!! Every word you say is true, Vishan, so glad to hear you speak.

At 45:35 someone asks him how he found the right friends to do this all with and this is one spot where Vishen doesn't give the right answer. He knows it but didn't apply it to this question. When you are in a state of happiness, have goals and a vision but are relaxed and content with what you have now, you begin to vibrate and those vibrations literally attract what you need. The universe sees you are looking for something and letting it do its work allows the delivery to occur. Its very amazing. Now whether you say universe, God, Tao, Supreme Integral, it doesn't matter. Its your state of being that matters.
So true..so, so true! Flow cannot happen if you are not happy....a lesson I learned in a very difficult way. When he mentions "destroying your life to make it better" that is/was what I had to do. Ended a "toxic relationship" that I convinced myself was where I belonged...Happiness is something you cannot take for granted.
Inspiring.. I really needed that! I am happy where am I now but I realized I do not have a vision! And that needs to be changed.. Thank you!

I've been recently making changes in my life with changes for the better and changes that are positive. All these self help guides, books, articles, and videos I've been absorbing have really opened my eyes/mind to many things but most importantly they seem to have taught me a lot about myself. I'm proud to say this is the 1st educational video that I HAVE DECIDED to fully watch from start to finish and pay attention to (no fast forwarding, skipping, interruptions, etc.). What a wonderful model. Many are still attempting to do what really never worked as far as happiness or sustainability is concerned, we must find another way to be successful. As the absence of disease is not the definition of health any longer but emotional and spiritual health as well, so is work not the stress and keeping up with the Jones that it once was, I really appreciate this, it is amazingly great. ...

10 minutes in to this video, and I am in tears. I can relate to every single thing he is saying. Literally every thing. I have never felt as happy as I do right now, I feel like years of searching for people like me have vanished. In its place is a sense of comfort and home. I want to go through anything I can to help out mindvalley in any way I can. Job, pay, or neither, I want to help in any and every way I can.

Vishen, listening very attentively to this entire presentation for the third time...resonates strongly with who i am right now and where I want to go. I had a question about having 'a vision' and creating a vision board( something you shared while introducing T Harv Eker's webinar a few days ago ). My question is, how futuristic should this vision board be? Do I mix it up with things I want to achieve by the end of this year with a goal 5 years from now? Or does it not matter? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Mike this is a fantastic story! isn't the grass always greener on the other side of the fence? Daniel and I built up a business from scratch and we had to create every job on the way. I also have to say that everything becomes boring after a while unless the money takes over and creates fun for everyone involved. I also wonder if we should make a difference between a business and a service? I learned all the tricks on the news from successful Australian business men who shared their story on TV.
