Jeff is 1 of Shannon's closest friend, Shannon said so. When Shannon renew her vow to her husband, Jeff was there, if you guys actually watched RHOC and so was Heather, they are in the same circle and didn't know he hated her that much lol.
They’ve been at several events together. That’s why he doesn’t like her. He did an interview where he said he was at a dinner party and she was so rude and dismissive to the staff. Seeing her at her own parties I believe it.

I don't know if Jeff Lewis should be talking about anyone being snobby, rude, condescending, etc...also there has to be more to his problem with her that he isn't saying.
