అడగందే అమ్మైనా అన్నం పెట్టదు అన్న చందంగా సమకాలీన పరిస్థితులు ఏర్పడ్డ దరిమిలా భావ ప్రకటన స్వేచ్ఛ హక్కు అత్యవసరం.
గతంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తిస్కువచ్చిన వ్యవసాయ చట్టాలు వెనక్కి తిస్కునెల చేసిన నిరసనలు కానీ, ఉక్రేయన్ రస్య యుద్ధం విషయం లో భారతదేశ వైఖరి కానీ మరియు ప్రత్యేక తెలంగాణ సాధించుకోవడం లో కానీ తోడ్పడింది ఈ హక్కే.
అయితే ఇది నాణేనికి ఒకవైపు మాత్రమే మరో వైపు ఇటీవల రాజకీయ నాయకుల వెద్వేశ ప్రసంగాలు యావత్తు దేశాన్ని ఇతర దేశాల ముందు క్షమాపణ చెప్పేలా చేసింది. సుప్రీం కోర్టు కూడా ఈ విషయాన్నీ ఖండించింది.
మొత్తంగా భావ ప్రకటన స్వేచ్చ ఎంత ముఖ్యమో, హేతు బద్ధా పరిమితులు విధించడం అంతే ముఖ్యం . దీనిపై న్యాయస్థానాలు సరైన చర్యలూ తీసుకోవాలి, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చట్టాలు పటిష్టంగా అమలు చెయ్యాలి. భారత పౌరులుగా పరస్పరం సౌభ్రతృత్వాన్ని పంచుతూ, రాజ్యాంగ లక్ష్యాలను నెరవేర్చాలి అప్పుడే వసుధైక కుట్భకాం వర్ధిల్లుతుంది.
వివిధ సందర్భలలో సుప్రీం కోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పుల మార్గదర్శకాలు మరియు ప్రస్తుతం అమలవుతున్న చట్టాలు ఏన్ని ఉన్న కూడా కేసుల సంఖ్య పెరుగుతూనే ఉంది. ఈ విద్వేషా ప్రసంగాలు తగ్గించడానికి ఇంకా కఠిన చట్టాలు తీసుకురావాల్సిన అవసరం ఏంతైనా ఉంది.
bro, కొత్త చట్టాల కంటే కూడా ఉన్న చట్టాలను పౌరులు సమగ్రo గా అవగాహనా చేసుకోవాలి. దాని వల్ల ఎక్కువ ప్రయోజనం ఉంటుంది అనుకుంటునాను.
The already existing laws are more than sufficient to deal with such instances. The part missing in not curbing this menace is the lack of enforcement of these laws due to reasons like political interferenence
ముగింపు : భిన్నత్వంలో ఏకత్వాన్ని కలిగిన భారతీయ విశిష్టత చిరకాలం వర్ధిల్లాలంటే ప్రతీఒక్కరి విశ్వాసాలను, మనోభావాలకు అందరూ గౌరవించాల్సిందే. వ్యక్తిశ్రేమం కోసమో, రాజకీయ వ్యామోహం కోసం భావవ్యక్తీకరణ స్వేచ్ఛ దుర్వినియోగం కాకుండా కాపాడాల్సిన కర్తవ్యం కేంద్ర,రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలతో పాటు ప్రతీ పౌరుడిపైనా ఉంది.

గత 75 సంవత్సరాలుగా భారత్ తేకిక దేశంగా వర్ధి ల్లుతు ఉంది. ఇలాంటి కొన్ని ప్రసంగాల ద్వారా జాన్యత్యాన్ని కోల్పొకుండా ఉండాలంటే చట్టాలను పటిష్టంగా అమలు చేయాలి. ప్రతి ఒక్కరి భావాలను గౌరవించాలనే విషయాలను బాల్యం నుండే అలవాటు చేస్తే సమస్యను మూలం నుండి పరిష్కారించవచ్చు.
Conclusion: Citizens should understand that politicians are notorious for invoking hate speech for their political benefits and change should come in one's thought process through rational thinking to alleviate the hate speech in the country.

Yes we can register a case under 153A of IPC BUT It's better to amend IPC by explicitly defining what constitutes the hate speech in detail manner and also the penal provisions should be rigorous.
