Thank you Rik. The number of engine hours is unknown, but the cause of the damage was that the cooling water froze, leaving the head cracked. The coolant then found its way into the oil and that is when the engine started to experience a very accelerated wear. Over time, all the bearings rusted and were practicaly useless. The original owner then had sold it to a new one and the new owner asked us for the repair. Now the engine has a new head and all the bearings, plus the injector and injector pump. Runs like new! 🙂

Thank you! In my opinion, the best option for 30hp is a JD300 model from Jiangdong. It's a copy of a Yanmar TF300 engine. Very good quality.
