Organising My New Art Studio + A Beautiful Winters Day Walking on a Frozen Lake - Story #18

My new art studio is finally feeling like a space I want to hang out in & make art! The last couple of months we’ve been using it as a storage space, but now its clean and ready to be used as a studio. I’m so happy & feeling inspired to be creative!! In this video I’m doing a sort of art portfolio flip through, as I organise my art prints into plastic sleeves and drawers, and make space for the new body of work that I am busy creating. The artwork shown in this video was made in the early years of motherhood…the inspiration behind the work was reconnecting to my sexuality post motherhood and learning to love my postpartum body. In the 2nd half of the video, we go for a walk on a frozen lake to enjoy the beautiful winters day! I hope you enjoy the video :)
