Cleaning My Carburetor Without Taking It Off: Fuel Filter Change & Seafoam | 1995 Honda Helix

What's up Guys? Welcome back to my channel Dale Does Stuff.
Today, I installed a new fuel filter and added seafoam to my gas in an effort to clean out the carb and replace the old, dirty fuel filter that most likely is causing me issues on start up and while running.
After I replace the fuel filter, I quickly go grab some seafoam and then go out on a 15 mile cruise. I get the Helix up to 74 mph a few times during the trip.
