You might know this already but all the radiators is kind of an inside joke/reference to the original House Flipper jobs where seemingly every house was missing radiators because someone stole them or took them with them when moving. Now we finally know where they ended up!
ah yes, the secret shrine room to the radiators. where all the posters have radiators on the faces of beautiful people. her ex boyfriend must have cheated on her with a thousand radiators. and brought them home to his secret radiator kidnaping den.
I absolutely love that they tell little stories with the houses you buy sometimes. That Bigfoot thing and all the little details (plus weird hidden spaces) are just such a fun tough. Adds to the weirdness, which I love. 😊 And so far the flip is looking really nice. Glad you’re still doing the jobs, too. Also, it made me laugh that you were so happy to see the house was so much worse when you bought it than when you flipped it. I had the same reaction. I love when there’s more to do. Lol. I can’t wait to see some of those cat pictures up on the walls. I’m happy you got that working. 😃
14:22 "It's So Much Worse. I Love It!" Hahaha 😆 Best Commentary I've ever heard. I wanted to say something. Hope you read it all. I broke my arm at work at the end of last month. Obviously taking it easy. I heard there was House Flipper 2 so I stumbled across your Channel. I wanted to thank you for being appropriate in your commentary & not cursing or swearing or using God's Name in vain. It's appreciated.
Maybe knock out the doorways to the kitchen and have an L shaped island. Make it feel a little more open. Maybe a wood beam on the outer corner of the island. I wasnt feeling the rock when you first started puting it up but after seeing it done, it looks really nice.
Pulling that purple marble in upstairs would look super nice. Maybe as the corner pillar or counter tops for the kitchen? Also, can you do twisty staircases by building platforms between stair layers? Might let you access the attic space easier if you can!
I was thinking those looked like werewolf prints but then it seems it was a giant beaver, which, given the location, makes me think of the Evil Dead movie series, it has a cabin in the woods and a giant demonic beaver.
The back corner piece of oak trim on the outside, you missed one small piece and i was yelling at the screen about it. Lol also love the vaulted ceiling idea, will make it look way bigger inside.
I think that doing a job and finishing this flip is the way to go. There are a couple of smaller jobs that would work for that in the forest area. As well as a good sized job that yields a pretty big modern style house to flip as well.
I'm very much enjoying watching you play this, so whatever you do decide, I will watch it regardless. I'm enjoying playing the game myself just as much, and am glad to see so many other people who do as well.
I remember watching this in class, and it got me really into your videos lol your a really fun guy to watch(not in a weird stalkery way, please don't take it like that 😅)
Sometimes after a rebuild, something that appears "in another location," gets stuck due to it all being in the same hitbox area. In regards to your stuck Sasquatch print, demoning that part of the nearby wall will likely allow you to clean the print, then you can rebuild that wall area again. (As for the promise they will be released to visit the Giant Beaver on their birthday with a cake, that was a lie 🤣 ) Also thank you for sharking your cat fam pics, then and now!
Beware da Beaver! Da duh DUNNN. I would ditch that crawl space and just use it as a vaulted ceiling Grill.. Maybe try that green marble for the hearth.
LOVE the Bog Foot / Giant Beaver story! Unless it was just a giant mutant raccoon .... hmmmmmmmm. You're teaching me things for when I am in the game so thanks a mil that.
I am also doing this house right now. Did you know that you can extend the building by using the wall building option? It also works for floors and ceilings. I did this to get 3 more rooms. It is also possible to extend and change the existing roof.
My game glitched out today too. I lost everything I had done to the place I was working on. My counter kept vanishing then reappearing. I went to save my game to relaunch and couldn't select anything but return home. When I tried that it froze on the loading screen.
heyy mastah of the grills i just purchased this house myself and when i tell you i genuenly got scared of whatever the hell was in the basement. Do you know what it was??
And Grillmastah in his hurry to renovate destroyed all the walls including the support walls causing the house to collapse on him. His family while grieving says they are surprised it hadn't happened before that. The property in question sold for twice the buying price because the new owners were going to tear it down anyway.

But isn't it just the ex-boyfriend that stole the radiator? Its' still hilarious that the devs even included that in the trailer for the sequel xD
There were other homes where all the radiators were missing and we had to install new ones lol @@NateoArjaya
@NateoArjaya The ex-boyfriend did in the first job, but most of the other jobs had missing radiators, too.

And for the attic room, I would just knock that flooring out. That way you have vaulted ceilings in the living room.
And put a chandelier, maybe wrought iron. Keeps the cozy cabin vibes and adds some flair. But it will be high enough to not be a head wacker!😅
Always go for a vaulted ceiling in a wooden cabin like that. It just make sense.

I loved it when you said "god bless it" 😂 I'm going to start using that!

You can make higher ceiling now, it will give more cabin look this way
Actually its a massive beaver, like 'Bessy the Beaver" and an homage to 'Cabin In The Woods' movie

13 minutes in: you're finishing the job but is the ceiling of the basement still bare brick (where you fixed the floor)?
It looks like the guy who asked for the repair made a horror movie after all.
Finally! I was missing the quirky story elements of the previous version of the game.
Beware da Beaver! Da duh DUNNN. I would ditch that crawl space and just use it as a vaulted ceiling Grill.. Maybe try that green marble for the hearth.
When you run into a kid on a swing set saying i see dead people flipping a house 😂

This is such a relaxing video, really impressive playing!

Ya looking at the uard at the end of the on for tomorrow I realized at the least it needs a gazebo if not a shed
ooh, are there glass blocks? like from back when...when you'd see them as bathroom windows?
Havnt seen any, but may have missed em if they're there
i hope so. that would be really cool for a "retro" look flip@@Grillmastah
Ayy you can rock climb on the cabin
minecraft villager house
Without googling, I'm going to believe a "Cryptid" is someone who is obsessed with cryptocurrency.
Ha ha its actually an unproven beast such as big foot,or loch ness monster
Now I really want to know the story behind this house lol
The stone is giving Kinkade vibes, I like it. Does the stone pattern go bigger or is it only the one?
Not sure honestly, seems most things do so maybe
Someone has probably already posted this but I think the cake in the basement is a Portal reference lol

That sucks. I'd say try verifying files and if that doesnt work just pray a patch fixes it. How I've tried to deal with games doing that
Looks like a Werewolf foot prints
Bigfoot foots🤠
