For some odd reason I really liking it. You're singing it in Chinese but I hear a little bit of another language (Japanese?) in some parts, making it sound really nice to my ears. Its sounds really cute yet a hit of nice twisting beauty in it.

The original was actually in Japanese, and it sounded slightly Chinese to me , I think it's the choice of lyrics and instruments
Because the person singing is Japanese. So his accent makes it sound Japanese. The original song was written in Japanese also.
