I also imagined a scenery of a fantastical ancient Chinese capital city with festival in the night, flying paper lanterns and row upon row of small boats in the river illuminated by oil lanterns. I also imagined how the city looks on the morning, crowded streets on noon, windy and chilly sunset. On each scene, I could see the journey of a noblewoman who struggled in the empire's political strife and finally being crowned as the Empress. Very good music.
Found this on the Topic channels youtube does and man, that brass section at the beginning. Whoa dude, that is almost a holy sound, not gonna lie. Absolutely beautiful and full of emotion that i just love to hear. A piece that well and truly tells a story. Loved every minute and wish I could play this in a concert lol
