    If you have 3-piece bmx cranks and do maintenance on them: keep the sprocket on the axle exactly where it was before.
    I learned this just recently but if you remove it and replace it arbitrarily, it will start to creak and develop play. It will anyways but keeping the sprocket in the same spot on the axle will help it last longer.

    • @sebastiancoolidge2401
      @sebastiancoolidge2401 2 роки тому

      Get straps or go clipless, also learn it on a lower ratio first. Skid stops without foot retention are nearly impossible at those ratios just because you can’t get the torque necessary

    • @cleanname4439
      @cleanname4439 2 роки тому

      that’s fairly high for tricks and you don’t have too many skis patches. I also like going for bigger cogs and chainrings so they don’t wear as quick.

    *+TIP FOR CHAIN* from my opinion... problably if you will start doing tricks you'll change your bike crown and maybe even your sprocket, so think about chain lenght when you change it...anyway try avoiding chains alternations cause it feels weird on your pedal feelings.... this like real picky fixed gear bikers
