- Ingredients: 3 medium whole cat fish, 1/2 cup roasted rice powder , turmeric powder, ginger, fish sauce, salt pepper, hard boiled eggs, fried shallots, cilantro, shredded cabbage, bean sprouts
I used to have this dish from a cafe Sapphire in San Francisco almost regularly , it was delicious. Too bad they are closed down when covid strike

Actual mohinga noodle is freshly made and doesn't last long due to fermentation.

yes , it is. The recipe of soup is correct. The noodle should be rice noodle. But it looks delicious. Well done.
