😂 Jim, we are the same age...remember the hollow handle knives with the black blades with super dull saw teeth and the finest Zinc handles with the end cap that was a ball with the non functional compass exposed on the outside, and a match, safety pin and rusty fish hook on the inside!😅

I really liked Tactile Turn products. I have a gist, pencil, mover and shaker pen, turn bak; all in copper. The gist developed a crack following the grooves in the grip and the spring in the turn bak became hung up and twisted. I contacted Tactile Turn to buy, not ask to get free, a new copper grip, and spring. Haven’t heard back from anyone. I think their items are beautiful and worked well, but the lack of support is disheartening and makes me reluctant to purchase anything from them. Once again, I don’t want a free replacement or free repairs; I am willing to pay for the items I need. They haven’t even contacted me to say they don’t have replacements for me to buy.
@@syn4057 oh no, that’s terrible. Have you tried reaching out to them via social media? I would try Instagram. But they honestly should have replied to your email. Maybe it went into a spam folder.
