Thanks for stopping by Matt. I'm Looking forward to sharing insights from the test soon. Have a great run in Boston!
Thanks for the opportunity Keith!
This was fantastic! Excited for the results episode. Thanks!
Appreciate it
Hardest working man in running
Stephen Scullion wins that award
@@sweatelite With the amount of content you guys push out and managing the sweat eliite brand I think Stephen has some serious competition. Huge props to you guys!
Appreciate it 👍🏻
What an animal, excellent content. I have been running a Moxy for about a year, on all runs unless winter temps shut the device down on me. Very reliable proxy for lactate/intensity in my N of 1 experience. Can I ask what software was used to display live data in the lab?
Whoa - Waterfall Glen - rolling hills???? Try Palos Trail System, Sag Valley
Good luck Matt, I'll be watching out for you here in Brookline, MA
Thank you
“Stuck” at 5:20 haha. I guess its all relative. 5:20 is fkn flying
😉
Max is trying too hard because of the camera.
Max loves the camera
A lot of balls deep and fucking in this video, too much for me. 😢
😂
Damn, Matt straight up cruising at 10s/km quicker than my goal marathon pace. “2/10” 😫😫
Sub 3 for you this year Mr Derges
@@sweatelite 😅😅
Can you give me the contact information for this test center? Honestly, you have good energy and running video. I like watching your interviews!
Imagine running 2:19:xx now😂
Odds are at zero
For me, I feel never comfortabele at a treadmill. When you do the same test outside (track?), will there be a other outcome?
Hi Matt. I just want to check something against the Moxy data. How many metres (best effort) could you cover each in a 3 minute, 7 and 15 minute time trial? We use such field tests to distinguish sustainable from unsustainable without using Moxy.. thanks a lot.
This is a good question for Keith and Higher Ground Athletics
@@sweatelite As a 2:24 marathoner, you should be knowing what you can run for those durations. :)
2:20* sorry I simply didn’t understand the question
My question was : what distance (approximately) can you run for 3 minutes, 7 minutes and 15 minutes each? In metres.@@sweatelite
on that tests are 0% gradient or 1% on a treadmill?
Ive herd mix reports about the accuracy of moxy based technologies, although a few pros across differing sports seem to be trying it. Id be very cautious about the accuracy if it uses any similar technology to what it is used in the wrist HR sensors as they are useless.
Interesting, thanks for sharing
Very instructive! Felt like I was in a physiology class.. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Glad it was helpful!
I vote for pacing Floberg in the blue tights 😆
Same
Have a great race in Boston, sounds like you will enjoy it , and the boss is right those Soar shorts (thank goodness they have stopped highlighting the crotch with a different colour) with the SE top .. running in style! 😎
Turns out they could be women's shorts!
@@sweatelite 😃
That is a great explanation of intensity
👍🏻
Matt, you look fitter than last year. I really hope all comes together for you and you break the 220 barrier
Thank you
Yeah, he looks pretty lean/fit. Definitely sub-220 build!
yeeee buddy
Very nice, new format!
Thank you
Fascinating stuff!!
Too much data for you James?
@@sweatelite luckily I can create a data screen for all of it on my 965 🤪
Beating 2:20 in boston is going to really hard
You should check the video out =)
I should, i just jumped to a conclusion 😂
Haha, no worries. Not aiming for a fast one at Boston
All those downhills will be a great primer for his hamstring cramps though 😉
