Tag Template #6 - "Long Lines"

Here a process video for the 6th Tag Template - “Long Lines” - with a short discussion about line as an element of art. Line is probably the most fundamental of the art elements. It affects everything in art! This easy template uses those narrow strip scraps that pile up as we trim papers for signatures and other projects and gives you just a little prompt to get you started on your next beautiful tag. This tag is pretty on it’s own, or use it as a background for further embellishment. Try it!

Another really interesting technique, Kathleen. I get stuck on the decorating part usually. However, I can see how you were continuing the long lines with the additional pieces that you were adding. Thank you! 😀💞

Thanks Keryn! Yes, you can see I get stuck sometimes too. I kind of like these left alone actually - I like seeing the patterns next to each other. That is partly what appeals to me. So I think adding an interesting topper could just finish it off, but many people really like to add more. It works either way truly.
