Ya'll need to bring Denise to a "real beach" in Destin or Panama City Beach. Or the Florida Panhandle in general. The emerald green water and the white, sugary sand beaches are amazing here. Great new intro.
I've been to both and used to live in Florida, and I much prefer Myrtle Beach overall but that's just my opinion. The water in the panhandle is certainly beautiful.

My daughter just came back from Panama city this week and said she likes north myrtle better.Myrtle has the total package.
I didn't like the Gulf of Mexico. We went twice. The water didn't have fun waves. It was stagnant and the last several days there was a type of green algae that floated in and covered the water as far as you could see. It got everywhere even inside our suits and took forever to rinse off. It felt like I was swimming in our lagoon at home where our toilet flushes into. Myrtle Beach is refreshing and I like it much better! I also liked Cocoa Beach in Florida on the Atlantic side.

MB is fun , the beach is beautiful. Once one tires of the Boardwalk, there are two amazing state parks , golf courses and put - put courses, wonderful restaurants, Alabama theater, beautiful plantations, Charleston SC is 100 miles or 2 hours drive by car and is absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for showing off our area .
Murrells Inlet & Pawleys island should also be on one's places to visit list .

Anytime I hear of anyone going to Myrtle Beach they are really overly just not crazy about it. I haven’t been there in 35 years. I hear it’s kind of dirty. Of course I am very partial to the gulf side of Florida. It’s hard to beat that 25 mile stretch of the beach road that goes from Pass-a-Grille all the way up to Clearwater Beach there’s nothing like the Florida beaches……..
The Florida beaches are definitely way better than Myrtle Beach, but if you live in East TN the drive to the SC coast only takes about 6 hours. It takes 10-12 hours to get down to Central Florida depending on what happens with the traffic in Atlanta. 😂
Most of Florida beaches are just like any other beach in the south. 😂 get over yourself.

I remember buying shark teeth at the Gay Dolphin. Then took my kids there, now taking my grandkids there .

Any Hotel ( Clean and Safe ) on the Beach is a Great Hotel. It really offers a lot for the price. Enjoy your first visit to the Beach Denise. How is the other Will ?? Enjoy Your Alls Time together!! Thanks For Sharing

First I like the way your videos starts now. Great job! About Myrtle Beach and first time for Denise is good that she had the chance to catch the sea breeze and see palm trees. I have had that experience all my life, Florida have the best beaches at both coast West and East. Glad to see you good people having a good time. 🌅

Will and Dawn, really enjoyed your video! Hello Denise! I've been to the ocean in Ventura back in 1988 but, the tide was in and cold and raining but, couldn't see the beach. Some seaweed came in with the tide and I had some seaweed to take home as a souvenir. Beautiful beach there and thank you for taking me along with y'all! Looking forward to your next video. I have been watching you all for at least 6 years. However, I never comment. Obviously I love your content or would not have been a consistent viewer as long as I have. I am 57 and I am taking my elderly mom to MB this summer the first week of August for 7 days. We have stayed at very nice resorts in the last 50 years but something about the windsurfer has really caught my attention! Mom is 80 and can walk however I am trying to convince her a walker would be easier for her! Is itpossible to stay at the Windsurfer and mom being able to walk to the boardwalk with her walker? She isn't crippled by any means she just has bad knee's, Lat year we stayed at the Jimmy Buffet resort in Pigeon Forge and the walker was great however it was a lot of walking for my mom. BTW we are from Cincinnati, who happen to love the same vacay spots as you such as Cancun etc.! Any advice would be helpful as I need to make these reservations ASAP as MB the longer you wait to book the more expensive hotels and resorts go up by the day! I appreciate all the content you and Dawn give us on many different places you stay besides Gatlinburg!!!
Yes, you should be able to walk to the boardwalk with a Walker, but there is a lot of walking in the area. Especially if you want the head downtown. The windsurfer is a great hotel for the price. There are some imperfections.It's not perfect but he had again for the price

Oh my goodness, I love the beach, y'alls room looks like the rooms we usually stay in because I'm a firm believer that I ain't gonna be in the room except to sleep I wanna spend my money on things to do. We really enjoy going to Myrtle beach, but we tried Outer Banks Kill Devils Hills to be exact this year and it was amazing. Beautiful, just beautiful you guys should visit there sometime. You can see the lighthouses too.

My parents starting taking us to Myrtle Beach in 1970 and we had friends that came before then and Gay Dolphin was a big hit back then!

The girls didn't looked too thrilled with Wills deluxe resort 😄 It's so nice that Denise got to see the beach and palm trees 🌴🌴 Awesome view from your balcony! That huge container of sharks teeth told me one thing...stay out of the water! 🐋😁

@robolgatree5815 No way on earth will I get in that water with great whites! I watched jaws back when it first came out and it scarred me for life lol. Yes I've heard of that beach near daytona and I saw helicopter footage above Pensacola bch showing sharks when I lived there a few yrs back. I'm definately sticking to my pool after I scope it for snakes. There was once a snake in the pool that I didn't see until I was in it. Hmmmm maybe the bathtub? 😄
@robolgatree5815 I've seen videos of bears swimming in the pools and it always makes me chuckle. All that splashing about 🐻 I live 5 miles from wdw and the first sign I see coming into my resort is watch out for alligators 😊 We have a lake but so far I haven't seen a gator here but I have seen them other places 🐊
@robolgatree5815 There is no way on this earth I would get in florida water. I grew up near Seattle where we had no predators so fl freaked me out when I first moved here 20 yrs ago. Fl water = gators and snakes. 🐊🐍

I saw the beach for the first time at Myrtle Beach in 1987. We go to North Myrtle now because we enjoy more "quiet" than the boardwalk area. We are going to be staying at our timeshare by the wheel for the Jeepfest in October though. Looking forward to seeing the Jeep parades on the beach

For 112 bucks you can't beat that with a stick!!! The more you save on the motel the longer you can stay and the more attractions you can do. I'm so happy for Denise and Dawn getting to spend so much time together. This brought back memories of my first trip to the ocean. To bad Jennifer couldn't be there! Have fun- be safe!

@NCMemoryMakers Derrick and Shawnisi are a sweet couple, they came to my birthday party at the cabin, we don't mind vintage places to stay, it's very nice when you can park at the hotel and walk around, yay Denise got to experience the beach, that is sweet of you to take her, maybe you can take Denise to Florida with you in nicer weather, cause summer is too humid there, I have never been to Myrtle Beach
