Crow Country Any% Restricted Speedrun in

The LRT fix finally happened, it saves me roughly 1 minute off of my previous time. Besides that, this run was quite sloppy and could have gone way better, still less than ideal arcade. I am pretty much finished with the game at this point. I may try and go for a sub17 because its possible, but at this point I'm tired of grinding against arcade RNG and boss fight RNG.
