Butyrate is produced in our gut yes!?.. foods can contribute to the production of butyrate in the gut, the actual amount of butyrate produced will vary depending on individual gut microbiota and other factors - which is the argument for supplements I guess - but have supplements been cli ically shown to beat out food consumption where butyrate levels are concerned?
I think I am very interested in using the phosphatydalcholine. Something is wrong with me and I just can't accept the super easy depression diagnosis that my gp has handed me. That just doesn't account for the loss of muscle function and debilitating fatigue that I am struggling with. Thanks for all of the concise and detailed info you give us.
i got 90 420mg Phosphatidylcholine tabs at my local health products store for 20 bucks candadian! score! As an urban dweller with PPMS local on foot shopping is a no brainer workout. I also but org sunflower seeds at the local bulk store really cheap compared to other seeds and nuts and yes they have Phosphatidylcholine.
You talk about the importance of getting this oil in an unoxidized form. Doesn't using a high-powered blender cause oxidation of the product? If your answer is no, have you tested the resulting blend to prove that there is no oxidation caused by blending?
Great interview👍
I'm with you, guys👍
Excellent episode🔥👏
Love it🔥👏

Hi, I just found your channel... in researching choline. Do you have a video regarding the "pudding" you make?😊
I just got my PC from bodybio today, and I'm wanting to try the electrolyte product too. 👐🏾👍🏼
@zion Aliyah - how did you enjoy the PC? Did it help?
Is there any side effects with the pc?

If you're worried about possible oxidation, BodyBio and other companies make phosphatidylcholine products in pill form.
Bodybio is Soy based and uses Flax.. What other sources or supplements are there
Sunflower lecithin
