@treetreetreetreetreetree3 on mw2 I'd call bs, since there's a 247 lobby running on tdm that's super hacked, 18 player rust. On CoD 4 you get the lobbies where you go super speed. the biggest indicator that its different would be, is there radar always on mode in private match? that would suggest there is something fundamentally different. in steam, free for all this mode cant be turned on
64 bit is absolutely better than the original 32 bit as with 32 bit games they cant use more than 2gb of system memory regardless of how much you have while 64 bit games can use as much as needed
I really hope they update the steam versions to have xbox live support, so that there is full pc crossplay. Having a separated playerbase on pc when so many people already have it on steam would be awful.
When you're in fullscreen mode the game renders at your display's native resolution regardless of what the greyed out res select says. The res select is only for when you're playing in windowed mode.
it's probably the steam version updated to the latest version reprogram for the microsoft store in x64 for windows 10 and 11 64 bit without the steam_api.dll file.
The tl;dr regarding 64-bit vs. 32-bit is that you can do a lot more of (almost) anything under 64-bit, this can range from more maps, players, weapons, character/text limit etc. 32-bit has a memory limit to which the only advantage of this is that if the game has a "memory leak" somehow it won't freeze up your computer entirely, only the game process itself.

Sounds like they are using the Xbox360 version and ported it to PC??? Strange it's using the Xbox Network tbh but since it's not supporting Xbox Controls.... I don't get it.
Definitely not. It’s the pc version “ported” to the MS Store, basically meaning they just updated it to the specifications required to run as a UWP app. It said Xbox servers because MS brands everything gaming as Xbox even if it’s on PC. It’s just a server exclusive to this windows store release, the steam version is connecting to a different server dubbed iwnet.

Aint no way you actually use the microsoft store
Did they add controller support for pc?
no
Sorry but having console games crossplay with PC is so stupid we dont want to vs cheaters and kbam users when we stuck on outdated controls.
Both are already filled with cheaters
@@My_Old_YT_Account how is keyboard and mouse outdated? And mw2 isnt filled with cheaters on console there is a few but compared to pc there is none.

Does it have controller Support?
no controller support on MW2 PC versions. It's not too hard to play with mouse and keyboard, just takes practice and skill.
