I like to mix the hot coffee with the chocolate syrup first so it’s thoroughly blended, then add cold milk & the ice last. I find there’s less chance of the hot coffee hitting the ice & melting it, no watered down effect. Perfect every time! Take a look at the Nespresso recipes...the BOMB!
call me fat but I added 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, 4 oz half and half, 4 Oz of 2 % milk, a pinch of salt, and 10 teaspoons of sugar, I brewed it on cafe Forte (8oz). And I added garnish. Tasted a lot like Biggby Mocha mocha latte
