Honestly didn't mind the intro, I understand the cut but it's really adds to the authenticity and the experience, it's just who sewerslvt is. It's a terribly sad 9/11 call and it adds to that raw depressive feel she shoots for, god I hope the people in that call found peace, junko futura and sewerslvt. I wish nothing but everlasting health to the disturbed.

I like dark music from time to time but don't be suprised when you are emotionally unstable listening to alot of things. Music being a story and you just wallowing in depression and such; like you put on the music without thinking and it can just set your mood. If anything listen to less music and even stop thinking less; be in reality more as much as you think you don't want to
as disturbing as the intro to this was, i really do feel like it needs the intro to really have an impact on you. having a younger sister myself, it hit so hard listening to it and despite being horribly depressed and suicidal reminded me that i don't want to put my family through that kind of pain no matter how badly i want to leave.
@@endlessrestlessdream junko furuta she was a Japanese girl who was abducted, tortured, raped and finally killed in the late 80's. this album and sewerslvt's alias (jvnko) is sorta a tribute to her

@Bydream Inc. I don't know where you heard any of that but nothing you said was true. Junko's mother is still alive, I believe her father is as well. There were primarily 4 people involved with her abduction, rape, torture and murder, not a single perpetrator as you say. All of them were involved with the Yakuza, they all received lenient sentences and have been released to the public.
the music is great and all, but i am really not a fan of the fact that sewerslvt made an entire album based off of an actual horrifing criminal case? i mean i know her persona is supposed to be "doomer edgy internet 4chan girl" but i feel like doing this sorta stuff is going a bit too far. (please do not argue with me in the replies or call me a snowflake)
totally empathize with you on this. this is from her older works and she was... Far more tryhard with being edgy. Her more recent works aren't nearly as edgy wrt other people's tragedies. it's unfortunate, but i think her older works had her relating to Junko Furuta as a way to understand her own mental pain, even without going through something as awful. finding a piece of yourself in the victim of a tragedy is something i think is important, however that is just my opinion of what her thought process was. i still understand and empathize with your discomfort of the subject matter, tho
@@smullps thanks for the reply! i'm glad you were polite in your response and not rude. most sewerslvt fans i've seen on here don't take criticism too well lmaooo

I can see where you’re coming from but sewerslvt doesn’t make her music just to be edgy. There is a meaning to all of it. She wants you to see the nasty, apathetic, insane, and cruel sides of ourselves and says “look, this is reality and theirs a bit of you in this madness too don’t forget it”. Sewerslvt reminds me a lot of the 2000s death metal bands and how they also talked about harsh topics in their music but to tell you the world CAN be cruel and apathetic to you completely. Just another perspective ig.

@Castor Look up Junko Furuta, it's who Jvnko took their name from.
The initials...
my favorite sewerslvt album, i'd love to see a physical release of this some day.
That will never happen, but bootlegs do be fine
I hope Junko rests in peace, what happened to her was awful and horrifying.

This is pretty cool. So glad she switched styles. Way more originality in her more current works.
this album sounds like trying to return to normal life after trauma with the knowledge that nothing will feel the same ever again
thanks for cutting out the intro, it's really unnerving to hear
