I just stumbled upon a video the other day where this youtuber shared her story. Homeland security and a representative from the NFL came banging on her door and accused her of using their copyrighted images for profit. She was visibly shaken and said it was the scariest experience of her life. Unfortunately, people are going to do what they want to do and take the risk. It's not worth it. Another youtuber got hit with a lawsuit and had to spend a pretty penny and stop selling the fake merchandise with their logo to make the copyright owners back off.
