Just an idea, how about Desolate Spark Dragon as a tech slot? Could knock down Thunderstorm Dragoon to 2 (including ride deck) for more spot removal and a bit of pressure
Personally id replace Latifa with Dust Storm, Ethan for cc and draw power, since he retires himself for skill cost when vanguards attack hits, next i can call phoenix to (R) he was retired from
