Disgusting!!!!! I would have hurled all of that food back up after the first sip of olive oil🤢🤮🤮 And then 3hrs later I'd have to eat another meal. Hellllllll no!!!!!😂😂 Honestly, I'm shocked he was able to even go tbrough with that. The mind control/dedication he has with his body is simply amazing to me.

I've had to eat that much during ultramarathons and long distance mtb events sometimes its still not as many as the calories I've actually burnt.

Side note, drinking pure olive oil probably leads to the easiest fat to burn off. I made banana bread with olive oil (2 liters) and it looked like a 2 liter bottle was attached to my waist, but on a strict diet it burned off in 2 weeks (as long as it took to gain.)

A bunch of people who never stuck to a workout plan more than a month. His physique is nowhere near unrealistic for someone who exercises for years and counts macros.
It’s pointless bro. None of these lard asses have ever exercised a day in their lives, let alone stuck to a diet and training regime over time. Due to jealousy and ignorance, they’ll always cry “tren” or “roids” whenever somebody has even a semblance of a build (which can easily be achieved in a short period of time with average genetics). Wahlberg is filthy rich with a personal gymnasium, trainer and chef. Plus, he’s a fanatic, is short and isn’t even overtly muscular ... just fit.
Edit : Hardly requires steroids to bounce back from purposeful, rapid weight gain when he’s been fit his entire life.
The most interesting part, although not surprising really, is the very end where he says he was so stuffed but 3 hours later he got another knock at the door with another meal.
Having your meals prepared is a huge part of loosing/putting on weight as and when you want to.
What's absurd is how so many watch this video and think "wow, what dedication and he deserves an award" when what we are really seeing is someone who is wealthier than they deserve and who shouldn't be celebrated talking about how he can afford massive amounts of food when truly great people can't even afford the daily necessities.
We are all sorry you don't like yoir life but that doesn't mean he hasn't earnt his success.

I got nothing and have had to make my life interesting by making countless risks that I had to do without any support from anyone else. Celebrities don't earn what they have. They join a superficial, meaningless world because they know that's where you go be to be narcissistically adored, fake and rich. You have to stop seeing celebrities as worthy earners. They simply chose a shallow path, in which we helped create. And leave it to humanity to idolize such a shallow path and keep coming to their defense.
