- Guided sleep story to fall asleep fast. "The Ice Storm" is a cottage bedtime story for grown-ups that takes listeners back to a Vermont in the "Chalet on a Lake Series." Following a guided sleep meditation, the story begins. You enjoy a walk through the woods to the General Store on the cusp of spring before an ice storm rolls in. You return to your lakeside cottage as the rain begins to fall and enjoy a fireside nap with your beloved pet. You awaken at nightfall to an icy wonderland. After a magical night walk with your pet, you return to a cozy loft and fall asleep. It's time to dream away.

Sorry. It’s that damned self administered lobotomy I may have gone too deep into verbal region of brain. Or else it was the most cogent stream of thought I had skating on ice with my dog who wouldn’t do that even when she could see. I’ve been trying to put together more responses to your new meditations but I can’t find enough words but they are impressive really impressive. Especially being told I’m safe I actually feel it at that moment.

It was so wonderful and I will be writing about it again this summer-- the sidewalks are made of marble! It was such a surprise to see white marble and melting snow. Also a bit slippery, and my pup wasn't sure what to think!

I think the beauty in life is every story can be told from a point of negativity or positivity. I’ve lived through many ice storms and the photos in this were taken by a dear friend from our hometown after an ice storm. Hopefully you can find a less annoying story that works for you!
