Another privacy complaint from a PUBLIC servant who's information is already public knowledge that is in the public domain. Just because you're embarrassed with your name and embarrassed by your tyrannical behaviour doesn't mean you will get away with the court of public opinion.

Never mistake the law for justice
If you are already in receipt of supporting evidence from the Information Commissioner then why not submit an N244 application to the County Court for your personal data?

Thank you for chipping away, highlighting there is a gang culture within the police service, even though 1 or 2 police may have got it wrong. However, they all within this station supporting the wrongdoing and the torture you received from them. Nevertheless, even the nurses in the hospital you attended, knew you were getting treated by the police was unlawful. Oh I love the irony… you don’t want your name out there because of your *privacy* but completely trash the privacy of others. I would suggest that the contents are not trying to be censored - just the full name of the officer.
No irony. His name is already public knowledge. Its printed on his uniform for all the public to see. I on the other hand are not a public servant who is in a public facing role, I am a private citizen.
Well that’s incorrect - Hampshire police do not have their name on their uniforms. The forces that do don’t seem to have full name either…. So it’s just you putting private information into the public domain…

Police dress code states that their name must be on display on the outer most clothing. Either way their number is public information from which you can obtain their name at any time by ringing 101 and asking for it because it is public information.
If you want privacy then go work in the private sector. Simples !
@@ShaunGooding-fm6ux I suggest you look up and read " A POLICEMANS OATH " and i respectfully draw your attention to section 26 criminal justice and courts act amended 2016 which clearly highlights the actions taken and each constable that has taken part in this action that is wrong, whether known or not , shall upon conviction receive up to 14 years imprisonment. We are all equal under law, no matter what police may assume and section 26 was added to protect us from unlawful actions like this, sorry if it sticks in your throat but maybe put the case to a JP where we will see if the info is correct.

It’s against You Tube Terms and Conditions to monetise other peoples’ data without their consent. It doesn’t matter if you think they are your (public) servants or not.

Crown servant mate
Yes, a Crown servant but still in a public service role.
The police are paid for out of our council taxes to serve the public and to uphold our fundamental human rights as much as you like to call them crown servants.
@@PINACI I dont like to call them anything, they are servants of the Crown, they are not employed by the police or the local authority even though they do pay them.
@@retroclickmedia4422 Splitting hairs in my eyes. They might have been crown servants in the olden days but in modern society when someone is paid for by public taxes from local council then they public servants as far as I'm concerned.
