- Don't miss this exciting opportunity to hear actor/director Denzel Washington in conversation with director/playwright George C. Wolfe. The duo will discuss their upcoming Broadway play "The Iceman Cometh," Eugene O’Neill’s ferocious American classic, which still has the power to send theater goers shaking into the night, with Sopan Deb, culture reporter for The New York Times. Beginning March 22, Denzel Washington, fresh off his extraordinary sell-out runs in both Fences and A Raisin in the Sun, comes back to the Broadway in a play about humanity, failure and the American dream.

Not the best interviewer.. but Denzel is truly one of the greats alongside with Brando & company..
'Man gives the award, God gives the reward !' wow, so true
I was there yesterday. Great to see Denzel, he is so funny and naturally easy going.
Marvelous and interesting interview...🤗❤
Man that said what is your greatest failure that helps you with your greatest question
Picture George C Scott staring in Raisen in the Sun. Now you can see the problem with this production.
Couldn't disagree more. The production was first rate, and Denzel Washington was superb.
Funny at 13:45. Funniest part at 1:01:10
the way georges legs are positioned is distracting
Denzel, yes good. George Wolf as a director I've never been a fan and this interview has not changed my mind.
Denzel really put that woman on the spot ....something tells me she was out of it. she is a bit awkward... i wonder what really happened.

PLEASE stop saying 'GOTCHA'. You're supposed to be a journalist!!!!
He says it more than once?? LOL! So unprofessional.
oh man..the laugh of george c. wolfe is super distracting!! and i don't know anyone who would think "gotcha" and "right right" are appropriate answers to anything Denzel has to say. the interviewer needs to expand his vocabulary.
