I've got a 2003 TJ Rubicon 4.0L Auto on 34.5 BFG with 3.5" lift... Love that thing!!! Tons of torque! Lockers front and rear! 85mph on the freeway to work. Go anywhere on the weekend... 15 mpg average...

My wife and I both have a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. She has a Sahara with the 2.0 Turbo and I have a Rubicon with the 3.6, both are 4 doors. Both are very good vehicles. We both like them both, different and similar Jeeps at the same time.

The 2.0 engine as it approaches highway (50+ mph) speeds whines and sounds like it is just about maxed out. Have to question the longevity of the turbo in particular.

23 2 door wrangler 4cylinder turbo is what I have. I get 23-24 all day. Surprise to hear u only get 17-18. Plenty of pep for me. Drives and handles very nicely.
