Don't know if the instructions changed, but my VacOne says for cold brew, let it steep for 4 min before using the vacuum button. I just got mine and so far I am impressed.
That’s an iced coffee not a cold brew. The difference between the two is not subtle. The claim that it makes cold brew is nothing more than marketing hype to con the unknowing.
