Just made brownies tonight using this exact pan. Hints for successful brownies: using cooking spray, spray the insert and the pan, place the insert into the pan after pouring the batter, place pan on cookie sheet and cook. Once brownies are done, let them cool for about 10 minutes then remove the insert. Place the pan on top of a couple of cans so that the pan releases and allow the brownies to fully cool. Does an amazing job and clean up is a breeze. Pan and insert can be placed into the dish washer for easy clean up. Love my Brownie Pan!
I have this pan and I love it! I cook the brownies without the divider. After brownies cook, I add divider to cut them. Place the pan on the wire rack that comes with it. It presses out the whole tray of brownies so that you can easily remove them
I found that I use the divider after they are cooked and it worked efficiently!
It did leak and I did not have the Baking sheet under them, will the next time.
Thanks for sharing, I also used parchment paper in the bottom worked great!
I was wondering if you have to put something under the brownie pan because the batter might leak.
Hello!!! What temperature and how long ?????
How long do you cook them? I don't have the directions
Hey, that's nifty! I was thinking about ordering that pan but couldn't decide. You helped make my decision. Thanks for a great review.
@jordan2921 Well actually, the seperator also cooks the edges of the brownie (everybody's favorite part) which gives all of the brownies a crispy edge. So you don't have to eat the brownies around the rim before everyone else does.
This brownies pan is also can use for baking a cake??? Please need help to answer my question coz i want to buy that
Pouring the batter in 1st , then put the divider in vs having harden batter obstructing the brownies from releasing. Of course let them cool 1st.
Aren't you suppose to use the divider after you've baked them. That's what I do.
The point is to have crispy edges on all the brownies. That can only happen if you bake the brownies with the divider.
I see, I never thought of that. I just figured the divider was included so all your slices would be the same. I guess if you don't care if each of the individual edges are crispy, you just don't use it. :-)
The divider sticks and does not release when you cook with it in the pan!
where can i buy brownie pan and howmuch
Check eBay... also stores sell this design under lots of different brand names.
FIRST THING IS THAT ANY TIME YOUR BAKING CAKE, BROWNIES, OR COOKIS BEFORE REMOVING THEM FROM THE PAN YOU MUST WAIT AT LEAST 5 TO 10 MINUTES BECAUSE THE HOTTER THEY ARE THE MORE LIKELY THEY WILL FALL APART, SO TRYI WAITNG NEXT TIME. ALSO THINGS YOU SEE ON T.V WILL NEVER BE EXACT WHEN YOU DO IT, IT'S CALLED FOOL THE CONSUMER.
For $2 at the thrift store... worth experimenting !!
Sit the pan on the rack. Flip it over and the side falls off. That’s why the metal sheet in the middle is removable.
i think that cutting the brownies is not tha biggest of my cooking prblems!, I think i could do the same using a nice knife dont you?
It's not for cutting with, it's for cooking with. It means each brownie has that crunchy edge.
My brownies stuck a lot more than yours did. I also used a non-stick vegetable oil spray (too much spray, maybe?). Maybe I should have floured the divider as well? Maybe I tried to remove the divider too soon? I love the edges of brownies more than the whole rest of the brownie, so if I can just get this to work properly, I'll be one happy baker.
The commercials are rather dramatically misleading, though.
He didn't put the pan on the rack to release the brownies, read the instructions. And Denise you are suppose to put the divider in the pan as you bake the brownies.
I'd rather cook them b 4 I divide them, because I like 2 put homemade brownie icing on it.
You have to let it cool first smart one
Bro you must be like 20 years old now huh?
He smoked the pot instead of putting it in his brownies! HaHa
🤣🤣🤣
Another great review 9malls!
will fudge work for that pan
@Terry Mey yes
If you didn't bake them with the divider in there and cut them with the divider afterwards then the wouldn't stick but they might break
Haha...sorry need practice cooking...needed to spray the divider and and do not need to put a pan on this to bake.....Brownies do not drip silly.... Hope you will take this advice...and remke the brownies....actually we us spray with oil and flour Or can spray then flour.......also can make brownies in a waffle iron....spray spray spray.....pour thin....for that good crunch.....taste like those expensive ones....think my sister got hers at Sam's ...google it to see what i am saying....(from me...grandma advice)
@13jobrofanatic They're chewy and not that cakey. Idk how to describe them! They have a different texture!
it works for everybody else.... you just kinda suck at it.. when you take it out, you put it on the shelf thing, you dont lift the devider first you do that last........ read the directions
The tray...flip it upside down and press
You need to wait 15 minutes for cool and ready
Yah but also consider practicality too. Is this product actually useful? I mean its really not all that hard to actually cut your brownies.
I like the idea of the pan... works to an extent, but as you point out it's definitely not perfect @nikkiebaby123
Perfectly cut but no "edge" it seems
if he read the instructions he would know that he was doing it wrong
Typical man... just kidding
he doesnt know the name of the pieces? and there called stencils! no ofense but still great video :)
it doesn't work! i just attempted to use it and the brownie mix leaked out of the bottom. now my oven is a mess!
I have watch 5 reveals on this and no one has had that problem
remember! it'll leak if u dont cook it on top of a cookie pan
Those brownies do Not look perfectly cut but they sure look good YUMY!!
No, they looked pretty trashed lol
brownies
You have to let the brownie cool then cut..
the perfect brownie would be hash browns....Q.Q
liessss
cleaning is good too haha
Spray pan and divider with Pam first!
You don’t need so spray the pan
"good non-stick coating"
your brownies look mangled.
Jajaja
bought one, worthless and leaked in oven
I put alluminum foil on it before using it.
Haha cool brownie
So it’s a brownie tray ? Lol 😂
Doesn’t quite look worth the trouble.
Haha
marry me! LOL
DO NOT BUY THESE KIND OF PANS, THEY LEAK
I use parchment paper and then pour my batter in...works really well
I think it’s you not the pan I have one and it doesn’t leak
why spend that amount of money on something where you could just use a knife on?
