These are the type of hard working people I admire as they are street smart, self sufficient and hard working. She does not expect any special treatment and is happy with what she has and so humble. Bless her and I hope her business does well and able to grow over time. These are the type of hard working blue collar middle class people that a vibrant economy is built on the backs of. I would be happy to try her food and give her a big tip if I see her food cart.
